The Call of the Ophiolite Rocks

As the sun began to rise over Sohar, I found myself eagerly anticipating the day’s adventure. The Wakan Geology Tour promised a journey through the heart of Oman’s geological wonders, and I was ready to dive headfirst into the experience. Our guide picked us up promptly at 8 o’clock, and we set off towards Wadi Al Abyadh, a place that seemed to whisper secrets of the earth’s ancient past.
