- Seoraksan National Park - Begin your adventure at the most popular entrance to Seoraksan National Park in Sokcho, known as the Sogongwon area. Here, you can take a cable car to Gwongeumseong Fortress or choose to hike there.
Your guide will lead you to a nearby chicken soup restaurant at the Sogongwon entrance. The soup is crafted with Korean ginseng, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Each bowl features a whole chicken stuffed with rice, ginseng, and mushrooms.

- Sinheungsa Temple - Upon returning to the Sogongwon area, Sinheungsa Temple is located just about 10 minutes from the entrance within Seoraksan National Park, featuring a large seated bronze Buddha statue known as Jwabul.
- Gwongeumseong Fortress - You can hike to Gwongeumseong Fortress, or if you prefer a less strenuous option, take a cable car to the mountain’s peak. It’s situated about 3 minutes from the entrance. The six-minute ride offers breathtaking views of the park and mountains, with colorful valleys visible from the cable car.
- Biseondae Rocks - Biseondae Rocks offer a great hike for beginners seeking stunning views. The trail to Biseondae is one of the moderate paths from the entrance area of Seoraksan National Park. The trail becomes slightly rougher and uphill as you approach Biseondae Rock. After Biseondae Rock, continue to Geumganggul Cave, where a small well with natural spring water allows you to refill your bottles. After all the hiking, enjoy dinner.
- Daepo Port - This is a renowned fish market in Sokcho, famous for crab and fried seafood. This stop is optional.
- Sokcho Beach - A beautiful beach in Sokcho, located by the East Sea. There’s a large Ferris wheel for observation, which is optional if you wish to stop by and take a ride. Around the beach, you can also enjoy Korean shaved ice (Bingsu).

Hiking is optional, with two easy courses available:

Biryeong Waterfall Course - A 3-hour round trip. This course is more challenging than the Biseondae Course, with several uphill sections and staircases.

Biseondae Rock Course - A 2-hour round trip. It offers beautiful scenery along the way and is very easy.

Full-day hike to the peak, Daecheongbong Course. This is a very healthy option, starting super early in the morning and finishing in the late afternoon, taking 8 to 13 hours. Otherwise, most people require two days.
The tour guide will meet participants at their hotel in Seoul, departing early to arrive at the park sooner.
