Xel has wonderful - I loved the park, very fun, exciting and we decided the pictures that so kindly the guys, Amin and Saul of their team, took us, they behaved amazing. The shots taken by the young man underwater are fabulous, I definitely recommend it and I presume my visit to the park. I will gladly visit you again.

Gorgeous location with lots to do. - We booked tickets directly through xcaret and then took the collectivo which was much cheaper then the all in tours. We arrived at 0830 and had copies of our passport pictures on a phone for proof of ID. We’d had breakfast so went straight to the top of the river and pretty much had the place to ourselves for the first hour as most of the visitors were in breakfast. We stopped off to do some jumps along the way and snorkelled along for about 45 minutes. We then did the caves and the water slides. After some lunch we walked back to the mouth of the river but used the tubes this time. Much busier but still great. Had about half an hour on the pontoon which was good fun. We’d added bug spray and reapplied but still got eaten alive by the mozzies. We also used reef safe Suncream and water shoes. Xcaret have lots of offers on their website so worth signing up for alerts ahead of your visit. And if you are within about 10 miles of the resort, I’d do the trip independently. We felt this was a fairly relaxing day but still did about 18000 steps - 15 km of walking and swimming.

Beautiful park - Huge Park where We Have Enjoyed All Things To Do. There are changing rooms in different places to drop off our things. We ate in one of the restaurants where the staff was very smiling and welcoming. The park is very clean. Slide, buoys, zip lines, jumps... No need to pay for some extra Things to do to enjoy this beautiful place. We just paid extra for the opportunity to take selfies with a bracelet system. This allowed us to have pictures as souvenirs.

The expected - We are from Cancun and I was a few years old that we were not going and the truth is that it does not fail. Excellent food. The slide a little intense before your asset to your children. If the adults go. We use the bikes. The super river.

Excellent park to spend with family, couple and take photos. - A fun visit, good food, excellent variety of recreational activities and very beautiful colors in both landscapes and shades of Mexico of yesteryear. I’ve already been 4 times, and I’ll keep going as long as they follow their guidelines of treatment, and ecological development.

Top attraction and service! - The park had great variety of activities to do. The best is the unlimited snorkelling. We saw some incredible fish, swimming freely in the space. Definitely an attraction to visit. Our visit was topped by the service from our waiter Amonda in the brown cafe upstairs. He was welcoming, very friendly and accommodating. Such great service! Thank you Amonda!

No activities are free when you get there - The park was about £70 each to get in, it is all good and drink included, the food is average and what you’d expect for bulk made food. If you want to do anything when you get there you have to pay extra. All you can do is snorkel and float down the lazy river. Nothing else is included in the price. If you don’t take a fortune with you it’s a boring day. My son, an almost 6 ft 14 year old who had to pay an adult price, was not allowed to do any of the activities on his own, which made it around £150-300 to do 1 activity supervised by an adult. A half day here is enough. It was massively miss-sold as to what you could do, you can’t even go on the speed boat or rocket snorkel without paying extra, and non of the activities are cheap, min £100 per person per activity. Apart from the fish feet treatment which was $20 each for 15 mins. Disappointed to what was sold
