We were inexperienced riders but this turned out to be a wonderful experience for couples! - Great experience! Read below: We were a little anxious but Corey and staff were flexible and communicative leading up to our ride. The bikes were brand-name and well maintained. The team made us feel safe and secure during the 15 mile journey. Our guide had pre-planned places where we were able to pull over, rehydrate, and take amazing photos of the scenery and spectacular views. Ask about the olive oil tasting and lavender field stops — well worth the detour. Our tour was capped off with a great lunch and wine tasting experience at a local winery. Once in a lifetime experience and hard earned money well spent! Pro tip: If you can find it in your heart to bring some extra cash for your tour guide at the end of the day for gratuity, you will be glad you did so. Although they will never talk about it, it’s very clear that they put in a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure your bikes, pit stops, water bottle, and food/wine reservations are seamless so you don’t need to stress or plan much in advance. All you need to do is pedal and soak in the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Leisurely ride through beautiful country with delightful, knowledgeable guide - I didn't realize when I booked this that it would be just my husband, me and our wonderful guide, Scott, so that was a great surprise - a private bike ride full of history on a gorgeous day in the Santa Ynez Valley. Scott is lovely, and so knowledgeable about the area and it's history - and, as a bonus, is a huge Civil War history buff, so being from Atlanta, and my husband's family being from VA (and one not-so-distant ancestor having been in Pickett's Charge), we had some fun talking about that. The ride is easy and we had fabulous weather; not too much traffic the day we went. The olive oil tasting was great, and we had a lovely lunch (provided by Scott's lovely wife, Dorothy) at the winery at the end. All around, a very pleasant way to spend the morning. The ride is not strenuous at all, so if you are looking for harder riding, this isn't for you; I'd call it a leisurely ride.

Highlight of the Wine Country!! - My husband and good friends of ours just returned to the wine country for a wonderful bike tour. Our guide Mike was great, very knowledgeable about the area and accommodated our group with some extra stops along the way, including an olive oil tasting and lavender farm. Our friends, who don't bike much recommended we all try the e-bikes. The bikes were very good quality, easy to use, comfortable and could really move when we didn't want to exert ourselves too much. Louise served us a delicious lunch at Beckmen Vineyards - a beautiful family run winery with great local reds. We will definitely be back! Highlight of our vacation!!

Bike Tour was the Highlight of Vacation - My fiance and I enjoyed this wonderful bike tour with Scott. The Olive oil tasting in Los Olivos was great - we even purchased some to take home with us. The lunch at Rideau winery was amazing with great wines and a view of the vines. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Would recommend to anyone looking for some exercise, great food/wine and the views are spectacular!!!

Temper your expectations - If we would have known that only 4 out of our group of 7 would have comfortable, new, well-functioning bikes, we wouldn’t have booked this tour. We had to stop and pick up a bike from another shop because one of the bikes we were given didn’t work at all and we had to swap bikes with one another every so often as a few of the bike seats were so uncomfortable we couldn’t tolerate them for long. A few of the bikes were old, over used, had broken buttons and were noisy, but again, about 1/2 of the group got really nice, comfortable ones. Our tour guide was nice & knowledgeable, however, we were told there should have been two guides for a party our size. So where was the other tour guide? We enjoyed the olive oil & wine. Lunch was very tasty and the scenery was beautiful. Sadly, the lack of quality and uniformity of the bikes really distracted from this experience.

Disappointed - The wine at Rideau and the ride over stopping to see the miniature horses and pumpkin patch were very enjoyable but very Disappointed that for the of money we paid on my wife’s birthday for this excursion we only stopped at 1 vineyard and tasted some olive oil and balsamic vinegar along the way. Chris the tour guide certainly knew his stuff but should have informed us before we started tour that The Lavender farm tour was not available and then the tour company should have replaced it with something else or refunded us some of the money. Transparency is always best.
