Sonmarg to Srinagar

Srinagar - After breakfast, we will visit the Thajiwas Glacier (pony self payable). Leave for Srinagar, a drive of about 2 hours. En route visit the Manasbal Lake. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Take an hour long Shikara ride on Dal Lake by sunset, stop at char chinar island for a cup of Kahwa (a local tea made of saffron and dry fruits).

A day in Srinagar

Srinagar - Return to the property for breakfast, fresh n up and get ready to visit the Shankaracharya Temple and Mughal Garden. Afternoon leaves for Dachigam National Park Visit by jeep. It is home to Himalayan black beers and Kashmiri Stag (Hangul) apart from other species. The mountains of Dachigam also serve as a catchment for a freshwater source for the whole of Srinagar town. And then visit the Jama Masjid, we would be passing some local sweet shops, wooden articles, local vegetable vendors, etc to reach the Masjid which is located on the shores of the Dal Lake

Drive to Phalgham

Pahalgam - After breakfast leave for Pahalgam (drive of 3 hours). En-route pass the Saffron fields at Pampore (the flowers are visibility is possible in Oct-Nov). You can stop at one of the shops for a hot cup of Kahwa and buy some saffron. You will be passing the Cricket bat workshops, best Bats are produced in the valley. Visit the Martand and Awantipora temple ruins. When you enter Pahalgam you will be driving along the Lidder river. Arrive in Pahalgam and check-in at the hotel. Evening enjoy a short walk in the market.

Drive to Gulmarg

Gulmarg - Post breakfast head towards sightseeing of Aru and Betaab Valley. In the afternoon leave for Gulmarg (3.5 hrs). Arrive and check in at the hotel. Enroute visit Drung waterfall

A day in Gulmarg

Gulmarg - Adventure sports today: enjoy riding the highest gondola in the world (all activities are payable on your own). Spend your afternoon in trying Golfing at the Golf Course or you can visit the Tangmarg village.
