Good experience overall but not with the food - The water rafting was fun, the zip line was short as the description said but for us the water rafting was the main activity that we wanted to do and we weren’t disappointed with that. 😊 Professional and friendly staff, we had a great time. The only thing is the food as this included in the programme, when I booked the activity it was asked if we have any food allergy - and I do so I put it there that gluten free food required. When we got there no one knew about this and they weren’t prepared. They also told me about food that clearly wasn’t gluten free that it is. (Buttered fried pineapple and beans I believe.) I didn’t take the risk to be ill so I ended up only having rice and fruit was starving all day. They tried to help and were really nice, I got complimentary coconut juice which was a nice and appreciated gesture however I was still very hungry. I don’t know who missed this information but when when we went for other activities I’ve never stayed hungry and they were always prepared.. if they can’t be that’s fine but then they shouldn’t ask about allergies.. The other thing is, in the description it says ‘buffet’ but everyone could get only one fried chicken drums (which tasted lovely according to my partner), but for any additional chicken they charge 30 baht. Which is fair enough if they tell this to people beforehand.

The way to the activity... - The way to the activity area was 2-3 hours from phuket. The zipline is for kids, short in distance and height. Rafting, food and services were good. The tour guide Noor Eman was truly understanding.
