Not much sea life but fantastic staff and service! - The staff was all wonderful and Victoria our scuba guide was fantastic. They set up our equipment and did a great job on the boat. There wasn’t much to see during the dives so that part would get 3 stars. The staff makes the review 5 star!!

Great experience! - Our two dives were great! The club is very nice, and our guide had a lot of knowledge about the place. The diving in Santa Croce was magnificent. We were able to dive into schools of fish and between rocks filled with gorgonians... Thank you to our guide Gianluigi, Roberta and the whole team for welcoming us with good humor for this very nice experience!

Worth it! - I took my three upper teenage kids, who had only been on a few lake dives post-certification, so they're fairly new to this sport that I've enjoyed for decades. We arrived late since we missed the first bus from Amalfi, but they graciously waited for our arrival and outfitted us with equipment we needed. Our dive guide, Alessandra, was exceptional at getting us all ready and explaining safety aspects as well as what to expect on the dives. Both dives were breathtaking, with large schools of barracuda, a couple of eels, several starfish, lionfish, and other beautiful species of flora and fauna, and even an octopus and the "Praying Mary" statue. A great time was had by all. Highly recommend.

Highest recommendation - I highly highly recommend Punta Campanella for Scuba diving. My diving instructor was Robi. It had been several months since my previous dive and Robi was really great at reviewing signs and techniques of diving and refreshing my knowledge about the safety aspects of scuba diving. And then when we went out, she was very attentive to during our dive. The dive lasted about 40 minutes and all along the way Robi was checking in with me on my air supply and how I was doing and she took me to different levels of diving and showing me things. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I hope you have a great adventure when you sign up with them.

Great dives! - I did two morning dives with the Punta Campanella team. They have everything set up very efficiently, so everything was nice and easy. The dives themselves were fun - there were some interesting sitings! (won't spoil anything) Definitely recommend!

Highly Recommended - I've been diving for 15 years... with dry suits in the San Juan Islands of Washington State to Tee shirts in Bonaire and Roatan, The GBR, The Coral Sea and Poor Knights Island, NZ. My dive with DIve Master Vittoria on the Banco Santa Croce site was a Top Three Dive for me. With Tuna feeding on schools of sardines back dropped to beautiful Mediterranean coral... this dive had it all. The Professional, experienced and fun shore crew at Punta Campanella Diving Center made this a perfect day.

Sorrento diving - A couple good dive sites with departure from Sorrento. Staff were excellent in fitting gear, asking the right questions about dive experience, and really made the experience advice water, enjoyable. Dive Master was attentive, fun, and thorough.

Take pictures, leave only bubbels!!! - Unfortunately, the diving school was very unprofessional and not worthy of the Padi organization. Upon entering you are greeted briefly but otherwise the communication is very poor. Fortunately, they do check whether you are in possession of a license but not whether you have a diving medical examination or something in that direction. However, you must sign a form stating that you are responsible for your own safety and not your instructor or divemaster.
The diving gear is outdated, suits smell bad and there are only wetsuits for men. That's why my fiancé couldn't get her suit on and had to squeeze in. The other diving equipment will be assembled for you and set up on a small boat. You don’t actually get the chance to check your equipment and certainly no buddy check is done before diving.
The briefing was brief but not powerful. We were told where we were going and what you can possibly see. But once on the way, the dive site changed and nothing more was right from the briefing.
There were 3 boys who went diving for the first time after their open water and also for the first time in the sea and with currents.
The dive started VERY chaotic, the boys did not know what to do, buoyancy failed and they swam in all directions. The divemaster had not instructed them properly and that was clearly visible during the dive. The divemaster could not control the boys during the dive and they also ran out of air very quickly.
Also the boys had not been given a dive computer and went to different depths which in my opinion was not safe. What the divemaster was good at was finding animals and pointing things out. But what I hated is that she started touching all the animals too! This was not only picking up starfish and sea urchins but also catching playing with and passing pipefish and other animals. This is absolutely not right.
At the end of the dive we had to go up by the divemaster but we did not do that because we were going to do our 3 min safety stop. This is something she didn't do with the other guys.
After the dive it was back to the dive school, hand in stuff and gone. There was no debrief or thank you kindly. They said bye but that was it.
It was not a pleasant experience
