Nice day in Capri and Anacapri - Luigi was our guide and did a great job showing us around Capri and Anacapri. The weather was unpredictable and we ended up rained out, unable to see the Blue Grotto but then the sun came out and we were able to see Capri without the usual crowds. The grottos and caves we saw on our boat ride were just as beautiful as the Blue Grotto so don’t be disappointed if it happens to be closed. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful day on... - We had a wonderful day on the island of Capri with Marcella as our guide. She was so thoughtful, funny, and had lots of knowledge to share with us about the island. She and our bus driver, who was amazing at navigating the road, seemed to really love their jobs and passed that on as giving us the best tour experience. The island is beautiful, the grotto experience is memorable. I would definitely recommend!

A beautiful day on the island - Bonus points for Serena! - We were originally assigned another group with a different leader. However, because we were on a cruise ship, we needed to leave at an earlier time than that group had planned. Serena and the other group's leader modified the day's schedule so that we could join her group and still make it back to our ship on time. Thus, they were accommodating for us schedule. **Note to cruises: Plan at least 60 minutes for the Ferry ride, as we would not have made it back to our ship by 5:30 if we took the 4:30 Ferry. Serena's tour was in Spanish, and since we speak English, she did her best to give the tour in both English and Spanish in order to meet our needs. We really appreciated her efforts with this. While we were sad not to be able to do the Blue Grotto since the conditions did not allow, the boat tour around the island exceeded our expectations. During our "free time" on the island, we took the chairlift to the top of the mountain, and this ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip to Europe. Overall, we had a wonderful day with Serena on the Island of Capri!

Small group Capri blue grotto - Our original tour was canceled with a totally different tour company due to a problem with the boat. That left us scrambling trying to find a different tour and Viator helped us find one. We lucked out! The meeting point was easy to find. Our guide Luigi was awesome, he made sure to have different plans in order in case we couldn’t get in the blue grotto. With some luck the grotto was open and Luigi made sure we were one of the first tours in because we were not sure if it would stay open. We fit so much into the day, we took the chairlift to the top, drove to Anacapri and Capris, boat tour around the island and of course visited the famous Blue Grotto. I was originally very disappointed our first tour was canceled but now I’m glad it was because this tour is a must!!! Luigi is the best!!! Book now!!’

Top notch!! - Luigi was amazing! My husband and I were about eight minutes late due to traffic. Luigi waited for us! He was a great host the entire day and took care of the entire group!! He was top notch!!!

Great Day - Great day - Alexandra was a great guide - had a good plan for the day which she shared at the start of the day and we managed to get the grotto and a boat tour. Some of our group had restricted mobility which she considered and explained if she thought she needed to.

Serina was an excellent guide! - Our tour guide, Sarina, was absolutely amazing. She expertly timed and organized van rides, boat rides, ferry so we were able to enjoy a little of everything. She gained us extra time by getting us to the front of the line for our the lift to the top (when we used euros vs. credit card), and gave us history on the entire tour. She was polite and lots of fun. What a gem of a person!

Capri - Marchella our guide was grest, time sent eveywhere perfect. Would recommend to friend. Good for all ages. Walking could be tough for people with mobility issues.

Great Tour, Despite Initial Snafu - After an initial snafu (when our original tour guide left the Capri port without us), we had to call Viator and then we were assigned to another guide, Sarena. This took about an hour and caused a great deal of frustration and angst. However, Sarena saved the day and did an amazing job with the tour. She even took pictures of us and sent it to us after the tour.

Great but HECTIC - Had a good tour with Alberto who was very friendly and helpful. We were not able to do the Blue Grotto because it was closed. We learned that the BG is only open about 90 days a year so understand you have maybe 50-50 chance in the summer of actually getting to the grotto. This tour is very rushed due to the time constraints of the ferry used to get to and from Naples. Capri is very crowded and hectic so be prepared. Do NOT eat at La Terrazza. This was suggested and the food and drinks were not worth the price
