A highlight of our 21 days in Europe - We loved this little shop, the cooking class and Chef Sylvia so much! We just happened into the storefront, and when I wandered into the back and saw the kitchen, I knew immediately we were doing this cooking class. We signed up and came back for dinner. It was such a great time. Sylvia is equal parts chef and entertainer. We got three hours of entertainment that included the meal, drinks and fellowship. There were nine of us in the class. Everyone was super enthusiastic about it, and we really enjoyed getting to know everyone a little bit. Highly recommended and totally worth it if you are looking for an experience.

Sorrento Seafood Cooking Experience - Sylvia made the cooking experience wonderful. The recipes were delicious and simple to make. She explained step by step, showed me the proper techniques and gave me the hands on experience. I highly recommend.

Well worth it!!! - Chef Silvia Cello is awesome. Extremely friendly, so much that I felt like I have know her all my life. Cooking class was perfect, and classmates were all friendly and like us, really enjoyed the experience. I would do this again if I come back. Silvia made it fun and even if you don’t cook, you will enjoy her and she will make your experience well worth it. Thank you Silvia!!!

Awesome! Sylvia is phenomenal. - Sylvia was incredible! She was so engaging and taught me so many things. On a good day I can burn toast really well, but even I managed to make ravioli, eggplant parmagiano and tiramisu. All credit to her! Would highly recommend this to anybody.

Cooking workshop - Had a very nice morning with Silvia. Good explanation and fun. Delicious recipes and of course you can eat everything deliciously.

A fantastic experience 🧑🏻‍🍳⭐️ - Fantastic cook, Sylvia, who spoils her guests with her company and the purest dishes of Sorrento. Learned from her grandmother, these are the dishes you want to remember. It was great! We recommend this to everyone.

Best cooking class in Sorrento - Chef Sylvia is the BEST ! Her laughter, stories and cooking lessons were a true delight and oh so YUMMY! Starting with a small appetizer, we made Tiramisu, gnocchi and eggplant Parmesan. Add limoncello, wine and a small liquor tasting at the end. DELICIOUS! We already know when we come back we are taking another lesson!

Best instructor and class ever!!!! - Chef Sylvia was amazing!!! I did this class with my parents and we all said it was the highlight of our trip. Not only was the food amazing, but Sylvia was the best instructor/person ever. She balanced us doing the work with her doing the difficult/tedious parts perfectly and was super enthusiastic the whole time. Everyone should take this class!! We will always remember Chef Sylvia forever and are so grateful we chose her class. :)

Good time, great food - Chef Sylvia was an absolute delight! We so enjoyed our cooking class with her. We learned a lot, had so much fun and ate delicious food that we prepared under her expert tutelage. I am happy to highly recommend this class.

The lemoncello tirammusi is amazing - Me and my girlfriend looked around sorento for a cooking class before stumbling across this one. We had such a fun time and were with other couples from Australia as well. We have since cooked for our family and friends with the very same recipie Silvia taught us. A great experience and an amazing memory. Would recommend
