Cooking class
We will now immerse ourselves in the culinary world of Sorrento, cooking an appetizer with previously prepared mozzarella, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert.
Lunch
Once the cooking class is over, you will enjoy your creations on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples.

In an old farmhouse nestled in the hills of Sorrento, you’ll encounter Nonna Luisa, a master cheesemaker, who will lead you through the authentic process of crafting traditional Italian mozzarella and provide a brief tour of the farm. Following this, you’ll meet Martina, who will unveil the secrets of classic Sorrentine cuisine. Together, we’ll prepare a mozzarella appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, and a dessert, all using ingredients sourced from the farm. To conclude, you’ll savor these dishes on a terrace with a stunning view of the Gulf of our cherished Sorrento.

Book this cooking class!!! - I’ve been in Italy for 2 weeks and easily the best activity I signed up for was the Mozzarella Making & Cooking Class Experience with DeA in Cucina. Martina and her grandmother were so patient and passionate about food; I loved getting to know them and learning more about their family and their farm. I was doing the experience by myself and Martina was snapping photos of me the whole time that were gorgeous so that I would have some to walk away with. The food we cooked and ate was the best I’ve eaten in Italy also - so delicious. 10/10 would recommend booking this experience, you will not regret it!
