Incredible experience, from start to finish! Highly recommend! - We did the Capri Deluxe tour from Sorrento to Capri and back to Sorrento. Our guide was Patti, and she was incredible. There were four of us (two couples in our late twenties/early thirties) and she met all of our requests. From start to finish, Patti went above and beyond for us, showing us the entirety of Capri, by land and by sea, in just 8 hours.
The tour started with a complimentary pick-up from our hotel down to the ferry to meet Patti (note you have to request this!). Patti led us to our ferry and gave us our tickets. Once on Capri, Patti arranged for a Capri Cab (these cabs are so cute!) which brought us to Capri town. She showed us around while explaining the history, let us stop for gelato and shopping, and helped us find bathrooms. Then we took another Capri Cab to Anacapri, where she showed us around again, explaining the history and letting us shop. Then another cab to our lunch at Il Riccio. Il Riccio is on the pricier side (it's also above the Dior pop-up!), but the food was incredible, as was the view. Afterwards, Patti went ahead and reserved a spot for us in line for the Blue Grotto, and then even helped the Blue Grotto staff move the line along... incredible! Then our Blue Grotto boat took us to our private boat tour, where again, Patti did an amazing job of pointing out all the famous spots. Jumping in the water was a definite highlight. Then back to land, where Patti got us back to Sorrento via ferry. By the end, Patti felt like family. We loved her and felt like we really got to see Capri.
If you are looking for the perfect tour of Capri and not have to worry about how you get there, tickets, etc... this is the one for you! I highly recommend! Thank you Mondo Guide for arranging this tour for us!

Phenomenal experience!! - This was one of the best days of our lives! Serena out your guide was phenomenal. She was so knowledgeable and made sure each part of our day was memorable and special. The boat ride beautiful and swimming in the caves was so fun. Truly, our wonderful tour guide made the day very special for our family.

Fun in the sun! - Our guide, Andrea, did an amazing job of navigating us around the crowds, arranging transportation, and making sure we saw the best of Capri in just one day. So glad we added on the boat tour, we skipped the Blue Grotto and were able to see the same beautiful effect in other caves on the island and fantastic views of the Amalfi coast with a refreshing dip to cool off after a long day in the sun.

Private Tour with Chiara - Chiara did a wonderful job showing us Anacapri. We got to tour the island of Capri with no worries. Everything went smoothly. The private boat ride around the island is a must. Even though we were going to cancel the boat ride (because we were worried about skin cancer caused by sun exposure (again), she talked us into it and we're glad she did. It was beautiful! Her English and knowledge of the area was a definite plus. She definitely exeeded our expectations.

Family trip with 5 teen boys - Great day! Highly recommend. Very professional guide and great itinerary. The day includes a 2 hour boat ride around the island which everyone loved.

A treasured experience - Having learned about Mondo guide through Rick Steves Travel, I had no idea this company would be such a treasure.
I needed help getting to Naples from Positano... I asked Vincenzo if there was any way to see Capri, leaving from Positano, and get us to Naples for a flight out the next morning. Immediately speaking with him I trusted everything he advised. He was amazing!! Literally customized our day, took care of every single detail that I wouldn't have even thought of. From guided transport and caretaking of luggage with lovely and kind Dana, helping us get onto the correct boat; then to Capri to meet the kind and beautiful Paola who took care of us our whole day seeing the island by land and by sea. She has so much passion and enthusiasm for what she does: kindness, historical knowledge, where to shop, etc. Including going out of her way to connect in conversation with our 18yr old daughters.
To top it off we meet Maxim, our driver at the port of Naples to take us to the Mondo apartments. He is a kind and very knowledgeable young man and talented artist showing us his work in and around the area, making us feel safe and entirely comfortable the entire time.
Not just a beautiful, clean and modern apartment to stay in, but then a transport to and from an amazing Napoli restaurant recommended and reserved by Vincenzo. The next morning we meet Lucio, to pick us up and bring us to the airport.
Mamma Mia!!! We are so incredibly grateful for the ease of this day and the affordability of it all. This was a top experience of our 3 week trip to Italy and Greece.
We will definitely be visiting Italy again and without a doubt, will contact Mondo Guide to help us design our experience.

Great trip from Naples airport to Amalfi town - Roberto was an awesome driver who narrated our trip and helped us learn some Italian. He picked us up promptly at the airport and drove us to Amalfi. The van was spacious for 5 people and room for our luggage too. He recommended some activities, locations to visit, restaurants etc. Thanks for an amazing drive from Naples to Amalfi.

Touring the Island of Capri with MONDOGUIDE. - MONDOGUIDE handled the entire day wonderfully. Having a small group and private guide who was considerate of the needs and interests of the group made all the difference. Plus, they maneuvered us through any crowds and made the day very enjoyable. We saw more than we expected. MONDOGUIDE is a Rick Steves recommendation for a reason, you receive quality services and good value.

Highlight of our trip! - This trip was a once in a lifetime experience that was definitely a major highlight of our trip! The great experience started when I was so thoughtfully communicated with regarding the weather for our tour by Vincenzo. He was thoughtful and I could tell he cared about making my time in Italy the best that he could- even though I was just using Mondo Guide for one tour, one day. Due to some issues with undertow Vincenzo was again communicative on some changes we could make to ensure our trip went off without a hitch- this meant departing from Sorrento instead of Positano. When we struggled to find a driver, Vincenzo again came to the rescue with an affordable option! By the time our tour started and we got acquainted with our guide Andrea, we knew it was going to be a great day. He was the perfect guide that was both knowledgeable and cool! He knew all the good spots, offered lots of recommendations, and explained the history of the things we were seeing. We had great conversations and felt like we could ask him anything, I appreciated that so much! We had the opportunity to swim which absolutely blew my mind since it was November, after all. We then had the chance to tour the island itself along with Andrea. Our time with him ended as we were taking the ferry back to Naples, but he was even kind enough to help us with a taxi at the Port of Napoli. This was such a memorable experience and I can’t recommend it enough.

Worth the cost - Very glad we booked this. Our tour guide, Alessandro, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He spoke excellent English. It made the trip effortless. The boat tour around the island was amazing.
