A stress free first trip to Italy - I can’t say enough positives about Joe Banana’s service! We were first time visitors to Italy and they were recommended to me by a friend who had been to Italy many times and used their service. Communication before our trip was outstanding. When we arrived in Rome an hour early and then breezed through the passport checkpoint we were at Roma Termini hours before the train I scheduled to Naples. Rather than sit at the train station for hours I messaged JB to see if it would be possible to have our driver meet us earlier by a couple hours. They accommodated us right away and our driver Giuseppe met us with a warm smile. He even gave me a euro for the train station bathroom because the change machine was broken..believe me that was appreciated!! He then gave us a delightful tour of Naples and took us to a wonderful restaurant for delicious pizza. He was in contact with our Air BnB host to meet us in Sorrento The car was very comfortable and we felt very safe with his skilled driving. We also used JB for our return transfer to Naples and Pasquale was our driver. He arrived 30 minutes early which ended up being fortunate because there were at least two accidents on our way to Naples that slowed traffic but we had 30 minutes to spare to catch our train. Pasquale also made us feel very safe with his skilled driving and was a pleasure to chat with during the drive. Traveling for the first time to another country can be stressful and I am so thankful I took my friend’s advice to book with Joe Banana. They made our travels as stress free as possible and in the future we will definitely be booking with them!

Traveling abroad can be... - Traveling abroad can be "challenging," but you made the transfer from Naples to Sorrento EASY! Communication before our trip was on point and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. After seeing traffic...we are soooo happy we booked with you. Cin Cin!

Stress free transfers and tour! - We had a great experience with Joe Banana service. I booked a private pickup from Naples terminal, a private tour of Pompeii on the way to sorrento and then a drive back from sorrento to Naples in several days. The service was amazing, the driver met us with a sign at the train platform and took us to a huge air conditioned van, provided cold water and was generally nice and funny with us. He drove us to Pompeii where he made sure to find our private guide for the tour. The guide was also great! He spoke perfect English and told amazing stories about Pompeii. After the tour he took us back to the van who was waiting for us with our luggage inside (which was super convenient, we didn’t have to worry about anything). We drove to our address in sorrento. In couple of days we were going back and again the service was VIP, very punctual, great working AC, had water bottles for us. The communication was also superb, I was able to text on watsup and got an answer and confirmations right away. It was a stress free vacation thanks to Joe Banana. Highly recommend!

Excellent service for transfers - Everything about our experience with Joe Banana Limos was excellent. Our drivers were great. Daniel was such a good guide and so personable. We got a lot of information from him! He was with us almost all day and even our teens loved him. Overall I would highly recommend for private transfers. So great!

Daniele simply the best.!! Thanks Joe Banana - We used Joe Banana Italy for a private transfer from Sorrento to Naples with a stop for lunch and a visit to Pompeii. Our driver was Daniele. He was amazing. He wasn’t just a fantastic driver…he was an excellent tour guide as well. We learned so much from him about Italy. He scheduled lunch for us, gave us lots of tips, took care of getting our tickets for Pompeii, etc. He was courteous, funny, and respectful. We now consider him a friend. Awesome trip to Sorrento - We had an awesome driver/guide Daniele. He was so much fun and knowledgeable about the area. He shared many interesting facts about the area. He brought us to a lemoncello factory and stopped to take some beautiful pictures of the Sorrento coastline. He even made dinner reservations for us!! I highly recommend Daniele for your next trip/tour.

Easy & nice! - Mauro was an amazing driver- he was kind, personable, and funny! The company communicated well! So much easier than trying to figure out the buses/ferries/taxis, etc! So nice to have AC on the drive too!

Use Joe Banana Limos! They are awesome - This company, and especially Chiara, worked so very hard to ensure my family of 9 was taken care of. Their cars were immaculate, drivers were so very professional, and all were super engaging and spoke English. Each driver shared their boundless enthusiasm for the area and their home village. Private Transfer Legends in Amalfi Coast! - I wanted to give a recommendation for private transfers, to a business I was so grateful to find while visiting Sorrento. I did find it hard to locate recommendations for this so I hope sharing this helps someone else. We used Joe Banana’s to get from Sorrento to Napoli Centrale to catch an early train. Connected by what’s app to book very easily, professional to deal with throughout, Chiara was on the chat and couldn’t have made things simpler, she was wonderful. Catello our driver was such a warm and friendly driver, very caring and helpful, even made sure we got right into Napoli Centrale and explained the best place to grab some away Brekky. We have otherwise traveled completely by public transport (bus, ferry & train), so we are mindful of the budget. However this was one time we needed to use a private transfer (for a few reasons, not just the early train … long story), so it was last minute really and this business was so good to deal with.
