About your host Salvatore: A spirited and innovative chef, born in ‘91, with a wealth of experience in a variety of dining establishments and hotels on the Sorrento Peninsula (Don Alfonso 1890, Hotel Mediterraneo, Il Convivio, Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel) and overseas. The defining elements of my Home Restaurant are the use of fresh, seasonal local produce, a passion for the culinary arts, and the joy of communal dining.
