Excellent service - Marco was excellent, it was so easy to find him at the airport (he found us) and short easy walk to his vehicle which accommodated all 4 of us and 3 big suitcases. He drove safely and gave good recommendations for a restaurant to eat at in our area on our late arrival. Highly recommend this company.

Although our train into... - Although our train into Naples was delayed, the driver waited for us (3 weary travelers) and loaded all of our belongings into the van. We were so grateful. He was kind and so helpful. And, we had the same driver back to Naples, so that was awesome! The company representative kept in touch with us and was very helpful. Thank you both.

Oops! - The driver was great but the designated meeting place was wrong. Nicely the shuttle picked us up at a new place 20 minutes later, but we missed our train.

Very disappointing - Nothing about this was a pleasant experience. They were late picking us up. In addition to being late a driver with a regular size automobile, picked us up and forced our luggage into his car and drove us to a meeting point. We waited 20 minutes at the meeting point for a van. Once the van came, they offered us two seats in the front that were very tight and very small. If it weren’t for a very nice younger couple, sitting in the back, offering to trade with us, we could not have even taken the ride. There was clearly enough room for one more person in the front and they were trying to make it enough space for two. As I said, a younger couple squeezed in, and kindly gave up their roomier seats in the back for us. By the time we got to Naples, it was much later than anticipated. I cannot honestly recommend anyone take the trip from Sorrento to Naples with seahorse.

Transfer was not what we paid for - Had a transfer from Sorrento back to Naples train station upon being picked up at the hotel within 10 minutes. We had to transfer to another vehicle which was ridiculous. If I wanted to ride on a bus, I would’ve traveled on a bus, not a private transfer like we did, the experience was not well received by myself and my wife, as we had to remove our luggage and go to another transfer which was 10 minutes away and transfer was completely full of other people that didn’t worry us , but the experience it self as I said was not good , if I wanted that type of transport, I would traveled public transport, not happy at all. So I expect some compensation back from your company as the experience was not what we expected at all !
