Highlights

After a brief lesson on safety and technique, we will depart from Marina Grande di Sorrento on our boards and head to Punta del Capo, home to the Roman villa of Pollio Felice, which dates back to 41 – 54 AD. This site, also known as Bagni della Regina Giovanna, is renowned for its natural heart-shaped pool with emerald green water, accessible through a small opening in the cliff. The ruins, featuring opus reticulatum, mosaics, and frescoes, merge with the wild nature. This enchanting location offers opportunities for swimming, exploring the villa, and taking numerous photographs. We will then leisurely return to Marina Grande to conclude our paddle boarding adventure.

THE BEST - Oh my goodness this was SUCH a fun day trip exploring the island! We went cliff jumping, swimming & got some much needed sun. I’d recommend this to anyone traveling to Sorrento!

Such a great experience! Superb! - The highlight aside from the wicked views on the way are the guys who run this place, they're really good fun and make you feel at ease. We had Luigi take us out on the water and he was so great. In a group of maybe 8 people we all said our names one time to him and he remembered them all! He was super patient with me even though I was rubbish, haha, and encouraged me to try to stand up. Visiting the cove was so cool, a nice little break as well from quite a tiring journey along the coastline. All in all, really fun!

Really good fun! - Really good fun! The pool you go to is very nice and you get a good amount of time there. We'd paddleboard before but others in the group hadn't and they were given good instruction. Really pretty setting and the guys are good fun. Best way to get to see the sights.

Not my forté but the team are great - We booked this as an introduction to paddle-boarding having seen people doing it on calm lakes and reservoirs in the north of England. This couldn’t have been further from that perception! I knew I was going to struggle when our expert guide, Luigi, told us that to steady ourselves it was like dancing with our hips. I can’t dance. We paddled out of the small harbour in Sorrento’s picturesque Marina Grande and along the coastline to Bagna Regina, a beautiful cave with a range of diving platforms into the sea. It was surprisingly choppy and falling in was more a necessity than trying to stay on the board at times. We had life jackets, water and were velcroed to the boat. Luigi kept us all together and eventually guided us into the cave. However for me I just couldn’t stand up without falling in and became incredibly sea-sick. The team responded well to this by offering a kayak for me on the way back which was better and appreciated. There were about 4 guides in total all on hand to take pictures (our belongings had been locked away) and when we got back they Air-Dropped the pics and offered more water (and a banana for me!)

Book this Tour! - This tour was nothing short of incredible! My partner and I both love paddle boarding and this was such a great experience. We went at the 6pm session and paddling with the beauty of Sorrento and Vesuvius in the setting sun was breath taking. Antonio was a fun and dynamic guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable of the area and a great teacher for new paddlers. He also went above and beyond and took great photos for the entire group. We could not recommend this experience enough!

Fun experience! - Staff was very friendly and encouraging. We had a great time but would have loved to stay longer for swimming - the whole experience only took one and a half hours.

Sunset heaven - Amazing experience the only down side was the cove was so busy with paddle board and kayaks you couldn't really enjoy the beauty of it. The guys were amazing though and it's definitely something I would book again.
