Amazing day from Sorrento to Capri! - What an amazing day! Blue grotto, white grotto, green grotto and Capri plus so many other sites!! Such a fun crew. All kinds of little traditions, amazing music, limoncello, snacks, beer, wine and so much more, it was an all around blast!! Would highly recommend this excursion and this crew - you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Yana and our captain, who made it a party😁

Great boat trip! - What a fabulous day trip!! The guys on the boat were simply the best. Knowledgeable and super entertaining. Unfortunately as the sea was too rough because of the wind we couldn’t see the blue grotto. On our return the sea was a little rough so if you don’t like boats very much this isn’t the tour for you. We were offered snacks, drinks and towels. Great day out and highly recommended. Capri is VERY commercialised and not quite what we expected. Lots of people and expensive!!

Amazing! Well worth the money! - Amazing experience, the sandwich crisps and cake was a lovely idea! The views were amazing! And both sea captains were amazing! Couldn’t recommend this trip enough!!!

Best day ever - Was the best day with our guide and skipper. They were very informative and interesting. Showing us so many highlights of beautiful capri and Sorrento coast

Perfect day!! - Fun day out at sea! Beautiful views! Pepe and Francesco we fun and provided lots of information about the area. Nice lunch with beer, wine and sodas. Couldn’t ask for more!!

Best day in Amalfi area! - Of the four days we’ve spent in the Amalfi area, this was our favorite! Our only complaint is lack of instructions regarding the beginning part of the tour. When we got to the meeting point there were many buses picking up tourists for a variety of tours and no signs, I used the message operator option to try to contact them but didn’t receive a response. We didn’t even know we had to get on a bus so at this point we walked up to every bus we saw asking until we found the right one. From there we were taken to another point to be assigned to a boat. Up to this point it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on and fear of missing the tour but the tour itself turned this experience around and blew our expectations. The captain and his partner were so kind, showed us so many cool spots, played great music and even gave us snacks and drinks which we weren’t expecting at all! They were both super joyful, made the trip a truly unforgettable one.

Spectacular Waters - I enjoyed this tour and the boat crew were friendly. However, they need to remove the blue grotto which is the highlight of the tour since no one wants to wait for 1 hour and a half to see it. I was disappointed that the tour company did not organize our trip in a timely manner to visit the blue grotto.

Capri Boat Tour - Orsola was a wonderful guide! We had a great time on our boat tour around Capri. It was busy at the Blue Grotto, as expected, but Orsola made sure we got in quickly!

Capri Boat Cruise - They took us around the island and showed us all the major landmarks! Took us to a cute waterfall and let us dunk under. They had snacks and drinks. Overall would highly recommend! One thing that knocked a star was I was expecting to stop on Capri this just took us for a ride around the island. Start to finish was 4 hours but time on the boat was only about 3 hours.

Poor Customer Service - I had scheduled a boat tour for my wife and I several months ago for June 9, 2024. Unfortunately the day before my wife got sick at dinner. I text “You Know” boat tours and advised them that my wife got sick. Grazia responded, she was very nice and hoped that my wife felt better. The next morning before the tour I text again and stated that my wife was still sick and we wouldn’t be able to make the tour. I then booked the SAME tour for two days later. I then asked Grazia if I could get a refund and after she talked to her “ boss” was told I could not get a refund. I was also told that if there was an opening on June 11, 2024 I could pay for that. So I guess after they took my 262.56 Euros for not providing a service they wanted me to pay 262.56 Euros again. So I would basically been paying 531.12 Euros for a tour. I had asked if I could get credit towards the 2nd tour, I am still waiting for a response??? Needless to say I cancelled the 2nd tour because I was not paying “You Know” another dime. How do you not know if there is an opening on another day? I was not looking to not use there services, I had an emergency and would have went another day, but I guess the “boss” of You Know really needs the money. Didn’t even have the courtesy of texting me back. I guess that’s how they do business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH “YOU KNOW” TOURS. I will also be writing several reviews and telling friends visiting Italy not to use “ YOU KNOW”. Let’s see if this review gets in.
