Simple, fresh ingredients! - Due to the small class size, I had one on one cooking with Teresa. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and made the experience fun!

A very fun experience, even to be repeated eventually - My partner and I attended the cooking class following a gift received. The experience was fantastic! We were first offered great products for a taste before moving on to the actual lesson. The staff was super friendly (and also great fun without ever leaving the right level of professionalism), the lesson itself was fun (enriched with lots of tips and tricks, not limited to the dishes provided by the class), and everything we ate was very good, both the products offered, and those prepared by us (which is also an indication that the lesson pays off ;P).
We also bought some of the production oils, especially lemon and orange oils, which are really delicious.
We would also like to come back for a different class in the future. Very pleasant experience even for Italians.

Wonderful class & beautifully fresh food! - Myself and my two friends thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The setting and atmosphere of the class was beautiful - we loved the location being up in the hills and near to Tirabusco’s olive groves - eating during the sunset was stunning. The class itself was wonderful and we learned so much. It was great to come away with the knowledge on how to make 2 traditional dishes and we could tell the ingredients were all super fresh! We were also given delicious wine throughout. I couldn’t recommend this enough for friends/couples travelling in the area!

Great vegetarian options. - A great experience from start to finish. Staff were super friendly and Maria couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful during the tuition. Great guidance and support throughout. Opportunity to eat what was produced with a lovely glass of wine. Will definitely be trying the recipes again, especially fresh pasta ravioli. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Funnest part of my trip! - Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional set-up. Laura & Maria were very knowledgeable & friendly. Several couples were there last Thursday with my wife & I. We were the only two who selected to make Ravioli & wow, we were lucky. We had Maria all to ourselves while the others were in a second area making pizza’s. They were all laughing & smiling. We learned so much & it was the best Ravioli I had in all of Italy. Might have been the fact all the ingredients were fresh from Laura’s garden. I highly recommend this event. Mike from Austin!

Delicious and fun pasta, ravioli and eggplant Parmesan - Excellent cooking experience with someone who does not cook. We made eggplant Parmesan and ravioli with ricotta and mozzarella. Very fine and patient and the food came out great. Small very nice people.

Somewhat unexpected experience - We were promptly picked at 5:30 at the meeting place and transferred to the cooking school. We were a group of 9 cooks. We watched how to make fresh mozzarella. We made eggplant parmigiano and cheese ravioli. We were given a cup of tiramisu and wine with the dinner we made. We were transferred back to the meeting point by 8:30. A 3 hour excursion in total.
Another group was there making pizza instead of ravioli. I don't believe we were given a choice.
Actual cooking activity was about 1.5 hours. No recipes were given but pretty simple. Somewhat expensive for the experience.
