Sorrento two hour boat trip - My family and I had a fantastic time on this short boat trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and some of the highlights were swimming in the crystal-clear waters and trying the delicious limoncello on board. Salvatore, the owner, was especially great. His communication was clear beforehand, and he greeted us personally at the meeting point, making sure we were well taken care of before seeing us off on the boat. If you're short on time or prefer a shorter boat trip, I highly recommend this experience. Truly memorable!

Great small boat trip - It was a great smaller boat trip, no big crowds & the opportunity to swim in the ocean. Great crew, I would recommend taking this trip.

Nice - Nice trip by boat. Halfway limoncello tasting. Very nice, less point is that they speak little / English..solo Italiano. But fine, polite and helpful.

Relaxing in the Beauty of the Sorrento Coast - We had a very relaxing trip along the coast. The crew was knowledgeable of the area, very attentive and the captain was a great DJ too! Stopped for a few swims, drinks and just enjoyed the natural beauty and history of the area. It was a short excursion. but exactly what we wanted after an long all day tour the previous day.

Beautiful boat tour of Sorrento coastline - My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the captain and his son. They were very engaging and helpful, and fun! They made the trip very enjoyable. *the site did not mention a five euro tax that we were expected to pay before departure- contacted Viator and was told the tax was included in the price of the tour.

This is a nice two hour... - This is a nice two hour boat ride along the coast of Sorrento, with a stop or two for a swim. Our guide was really nice, provided some information on the history and some key sites, and offered drinks (beer, water, limoncello) to enjoy on a small, intimate and comfortable boat. I would recommend doing this, but if you book directly through Giuliani Charters you will save 7-8 Euro per person. Be aware there is also an additional fee payable on arrival of 5 euro per person that is not listed anywhere (they really should advertise this).

Canceled due to weather… - Trip was canceled last minute (20 minutes before departure time) due to weather (high winds). Not sure when or if I’ll get a refund (communication hasn’t been great) and the pickup spot was not clear (listing and booking had conflicting locations). I hope those who were able to go on the trip enjoyed it but otherwise this was a less than ideal experience.

Worst Customer Experience of all time!! - Disgraceful Customer Service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had a Terrible experience with this Boat Tour Operator in Sorrento this week. I had booked the Sorrento Coastel Cruise through the VIATOR app a week before our trip only to be called on the morning of the tour and advised our boat was cancelled due to choppy seas. It was a beautiful day in terms of weather - the best day since we've been here so it did NOT make a lot of sense at the time to me. The Guilani Rep was also forcefully trying to persuade me to change my Tour to the next day with them rather than get a refund for the experience, however we were due to fly home the next day so this was not possible. Finally the Agent for Guilanni charter told me that in order to get a refund I had to contact the Viator Customer Service Team myself rather then him do it - I began to get a little suspicious that this wasnt normal at this stage. Once I had contacted the Viator Rep they told me that the operator had NOT cancelled the event on their side and that rheyd have to contact them via email to get confirmation. I contacted Guilani back immediately after that call to ask why they hadn't done things in the proper way but was stonewalled and promised they would respond to the email for me etc, etc. Thankfully I was able to get a different cruise for the same time that day which once again seemed funny as they said nothing about choppy seas. We unfortunately had to pay a lot more for a private tour at this late stage costing me an extra 300 Euro. I was also very surprised to see several other boats out on similar cruises - 2 of which looked suspiciously very like the Boats that Gulani Charter uses. 24 hours later and I still have no refund as Guilani has still not responded to the Viator email confirming I should be given a full refund. Thankfully Viator have told me they will process rhe refund if the charlatans dont respond within 72 hours but it seems like my tour was simply cancelled due to them either over booking the boat or possibly having low numbers and deciding not to go out. A little honesty would have been much preferable to all the lyng. My advice - DO NOT book with this Operator.

Very Poor - This Operator Cancelled on the Morning of the our Tour just 2 hours before we were due to depart - citing "Choppy water" but yet we were able to go out with a different operator rhe same afternoon. We also sailed past one of this operators Boats so we think they simply overbooked and didn't have e the honesty to tell us. They tried to force us to change the date to the following day at first but we were going home so could not do this. The Operator also told us it was OUR Responsibility to make Viator aware so that we could claim a refund. Only for the Viator Rep to tell us that the Operator hadn't cancelled the event which they should have. This all left a very sour Taste in our moths as we had to book a private Tour costing us an extra 300 Euros than the original cost. Absolutely scandalous way to treat customers!!

Company was not understanding or willing to help. - Not very pleased with company. We were delayed by flight. It was out of our control. After landing i reached out immediately to cancel or reschedule. They said it was a no show and they would not help. I tried contacting many times and they never reached back out.
