Next, the tour will proceed into the historic center, featuring the Sedil Dominova, the ancient city parliament. Discover the history of Sorrento’s wood inlaying and learn about the renowned lemons and limoncello. The tour will then descend to the port of Marina Grande, the old fishing village, before ascending to the 14th-century cloister of San Francesco. The experience concludes with a tasting of limoncello, chocolates, and biscuits, showcasing the quality of local products. This tasting is a complimentary break provided by a partner shop to highlight the organoleptic qualities of limoncello. After the tasting, upon request (not included in the standard tour), there is an opportunity to visit the Cathedral of Sorrento with the guide (if open) at no extra charge.
