The tasting will take place as follows: The Sommelier presents the selected wines to the participants, providing information on their origin, grape varieties, production methods and other relevant characteristics. The explanation will follow with the objective and subjective elements of each label brought to the tasting through sight, smell and taste. During the entire tasting process, participants share their impressions and opinions on the wines, encouraging discussion and comparison. In addition to the labels, food will be offered that pairs well with the wines tasted, enriching the experience. At the end of the tasting, participants can evaluate the wines and share their final impressions. This could include choosing their favorite wine from the tasting.
