Great day in DR - Richard and Lotte were super accommodating to work around our schedule. Super helpful and great communication before the tour. Richard’s stories were fascinating. The recent storms have covered a lot of the corals, but there was a lot of fish still.

Excellent tour operator - Excellent tour operator. Very professional, punctual, and reliable. Boat crew for the snorkeling day were top notch. Highly recommended!

Personalized experience - The tour was generally excellent, exceeded expectations. We stopped a day in Puerto Plata on an MSC cruise. It seemed the least promising of the boat destinations but thanks to this excursion we ended up wanting to return. The agency's director, Eric, went to personally pick us up at the Tahino Bay cruise port exit. From there he took us to Sosua Beach, where after some explanations and being provided with the materials, we boarded a boat with two guides, only for 3 people. We made a very good snorkel, we saw large quantities of different fish. Afterwards we were able to take a freshwater bath and the agency provides free umbrellas and lounge chairs in Sosua Beach, where we were able to stay 2 more hours. The beach is very nice, with transparent waters, surrounded by greenery and mountains. Very good place for pictures. Then we were taken back to the pick-up point and were able to walk through the center for about an hour and a half more. Eric told us the visit to the Amber Museum where we could learn a lot about the Dominican Republic and buy local coffee and pieces of authentic amber, one or two blocks from the Cathedral. We wouldn't have gotten there if it wasn't for Eric Tours. Also in Sosua Beach we could taste traditional Dominican food and an excellent drink of Coco Loco served in the same green coconut.

Great operator and wonderful communication! - I had a snorkeling tour booked for January. Lotta, at Eric tours, was very helpful. I was traveling solo and she helped me book the excursion as a solo person (the TA website required a minimum of two travelers and I will not pay double just because I am going alone). Their communication was wonderful. Lotta texted me full instructions before the tour date for how to find the meeting place. Unfortunately, the waves were too rough and the tour was canceled. She texted and offered alternatives tours for me to consider. I would use this operator again in a hearbeat.

Eric tours puerto plata. - The tour was very well organized, the snorkeling was good and they really took good care of us, even took photos during the snorkeling and and send to all of us right after the tour. Can’t fault Eric tours for anything they do an amazing job. Experience is very personalized.

Great communication - I booked Eric tours for a snorkel and beach excursion. Unfortunately, due to a bad weather the tour had to be canceled. Nevertheless, I’d like to give them 5 stars for a great communication experience. Starting from the initial contact and all the way through the day of the cancelled tour I was kept informed and updated. All my questions were answered promptly. I will definitely book them again next time I stop in DR

Absolutely great experience!!!! - This trip was an amazing deal for all we got. It was fancy and it didn’t need to be. Our guide took us to three different spots to snorkel where we were surrounded by all kinds of fish and even saw a sea turtle! He took over 90 photos of us above and below water and they were sent to us at no additional charge. After we were done snorkeling we had the chance to rinse off and then were able to sit on the beach under umbrellas enjoying some good food and drinks. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this tour. My kids especially loved petting the dog and cats roaming around. Thank you again for such a great excursion. 1000% would recommend to everyone who goes to the Dominican Republic.

Amazing experience - We had an amazing day! Snorkeling was beautiful with tons of fish, and the beach afterwards is absolutely beautiful. We ate on the beach and that was so delicious and well priced! Everyone we interacted with from this company was so nice and welcoming, 10/10 recommend!

A great excursion! - We loved this excursion - the staff and service were great and it was amazing that Eric sent us all the photos that were taken over Whatsapp on the way back to the cruise ship. Saw loads of fish and even got some beach time afterwards. Would definitely recommend to others!

okay experience - Snorkeling was ok. Boat was very small and difficult to get in and out of. Guides did not introduce themselves. Would not recommend this excursion for first time snorkelers.
