So much fun - It was fun and beautiful site seeing. The tour guide took us for lunch at an authentic island meal. He was quick to take pictures of us on every location that we wanted photos.

I cannot recommend this tour enough! - I cannot recommend this tour enough, especially with tour guide Jason. Jason picked us up from our hotel, took us to ATMs when we needed case, and drove us to thoughtfully picked locations throughout the day. He was also very knowledgable about the island and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He also took great pictures of us! This was a once in a lifetime experience.

Best Day of Our Cruise Vacation! - We had the most perfect day and tour guide! Jason's itinerary for the day avoided the crowded times at the Mud Bath/Hot Water Springs, and the Waterfall (which Jason called the "power wash!). He took endless pictures for us on my phone which preserved the wonderful experience. The beach was not good but the water was nice. We did this excursion for the mud bath, hot springs and waterfall so this was okay. It does have a great view of the Pitons and you will see them from the scenic view site on the return trip. It would probably require too much travel to get to a better beach. I highly recommend this tour which will surely be the highlight of your vacation, ESPECIALLY if you are blessed to have Jason be your tour guide!

Tour guide Jason - The whole day was amazing for us ! It started off with one the best guides Jason. He was waiting on us in the lobby nice and early. On the way to our locations he made some extra special stops for us to show us this beautiful island. We give Jason A 10 out 10 hands down 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 ✅✅✅. Ask for Jason you will not be disappointed at all.

Great experience! - Our family had such a great experience on this excursion!! Jim took us to beautiful viewing points, banana farm, mud bath, fisherman's beach and more!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a friendly driver and the van was spacious, clean and air conditioned. The roads are windy throughout the entire island! If you are prone to getting car sick, I suggest taking something before hand. I highly recommend this excursion!

The highlight of our vacation! - It was the best tour we have booked during our cruise vacation! Our guide was very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed the mud baths and waterfall swim. And at the end of the tour our guide even took us on a small boat to the best beach on st Lucia called sugar beach! We had the best snorkeling there and saw many beautiful fish!

Skin so soft ! - We did this as part of a boat tour, and so glad we did. The smell coming off the volcano isn't pleasant, but hey that's what it's all about. The mud did make my skin a lot softer.

Excellent excursion- Mud bath and waterfall - Excellent excursion. Mud baths are a great experience and rubbing mud into your skin and bathing in the pools is great fun. Recommended!

So Much We Didn't Get To Do - While we were very excited for this tour unfortunately we did not get to experience all of the promised stops. It took some time to locate our greeter and it wasn't until we found him that our driver was contacted. Our driver was over 15 minutes late to pick us up. The van was adequate but not comfortable for a party of 10 and struggled at times on the hills and turns. The ride to and from the mud bath took nearly 2 hrs. each way and were driven through crowded cities vs. the scenic views anticipated. However beautiful pictures were captured from the moving van. We only visited the mud bath and drove through the rainforest. We were told the waterfalls may not be open and we may not have time to visit so those were skipped. By the time we returned to the cruise area our crew was done with being in the van for nearly 4 hrs. Because it was raining we opted to return to the cruise ship thus forgoing the beach break. Our guide was informative and entertaining. He stopped at various points along the way to provide additional details and showed us things we had never seen before like cashew trees. The people in the back of the van couldn't always hear but he was otherwise great. We wanted to love it but we were disappointed at everything that we didn't see. I don't know if there was a different route that should have been taken or why the drive took so long but since the majority of the island was viewed from a van it wasn't the best experience. We had friends that had used James Tours previously and had a very different experience so we would possibly consider again.

Broken down in ST Lucia not as bad as treatment afterwards by seller and viator. - Let me start by saying St Lucia is beautiful and the people were warm and worked hard to make the visit special. 3 of us in our 60s and 70s booked this as a must do excursion while on our recent cruise. After seeing 2 of the 5 things listed on our itinerary, the van overheated and had to stop every 10 minutes or so and eventually broke down We spent significant time on side of the road in the middle of nowhere in very hot temps waiting for the tour company to send a van to pick us up. Eventually, we had to wave down another tour bus to get a ride back to ship before it left. I paid the driver 40 dollars. Since this was booked outside of the Royal Caribbean excursions, they would not have waited for us to return. Had we missed the ship this would have been very costly and difficult to deal with. Although this was disappointing, this was not the major issue. Instead of offering an apology or refund, the tour provider lied and said he paid for our lunch to compensate us for the inconvenience. When we reached out to Tripadvisor (Viator) for what we thought was a very reasonable 50% refund, we were immediately declined. When I called to discuss i was hung up on twice, promised a supervisor would call (did not) and even after i sent in receipts proving we paid for our own lunches, Tripadvisor sided with the vendor and denied the claim. It was bad enough we missed out on the full experience we had booked, but to have Tripadvisor side with the tour operator after he lied to them about compensating us was really disappointing and frustrating. We even had pictures of ourselves with the restaurant owner and they still declined and then failed to have a manager call me as promised. Shame on you for how this was handled and for declining the request before you even had the details If you are reading this definitely see the waterfalls and go and enjoy the mud baths. just be aware of the customer service nightmare that may come your way if you book from here. The cruise ship tours are a bit more expensive, but at least they stand behind you if you have any issues.
