Optimal logistics from a local - mud baths not to be missed! - What an absolute delight spending the day with our guide Alleyn...as a local he is both passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the history and dynamics of St. Lucia and its culture. Instead of a guide simply reciting facts and dates, we received the human perspective on St. Lucia and its people. The mud baths were definitely a highlight, with my cynical wife absolutely swearing by its restorative properties for her chronically aching joints - there really is something to it! The waterfall was exhilarating as you would expect, followed by a pleasant stroll through a decent enough botanic garden and a very nice home style buffet lunch. Definitely the highlight of our southern Caribbean cruise!

Our guide Perry was... - Our guide Perry was excellent. He picked up on time and able to get us to the mud baths before the crowds started. He made sure we had full enjoyment of the mud baths waterfalls and mineral bath in proper order for peak effect. He was an excellent driver, especially navigating all the winding roads and Hills of St. Lucia. We enjoyed the entire trip. Highly recommended.

Fantastic trip great guide good transport - We happened to end up being only us on the trip with Dwight who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The van that picked us up was very comfortable better than others we had used as taxis on the island. We were already staying near Soufriere so this trip required alot less travelling for us than it would normally.
We could have done the places ourselves but we fancied a guide and relaxing, let someone else do all the work. This was the case. Dwight took lots of photos and showed us what to do.
As we were close by we got to each of the attractions early in the day and I think this was a big advantage. I suspect it was going to get a heck of a lot busier.
After stopping for piton photos mud baths was first. Lovely warm water we covered ourselves with the mud. Then we stayed in swimwear and towels to get a colder power shower at the waterfall. Not icy cold but colder than the baths and amazing location. Then botanical gardens very beautiful and the mineral baths. Warmer than the waterfall bathe but not as hot as the mud baths. Just nice. We finished with a buffet lunch a few minutes away. Highly recommend.
We were done by 1pm really.

Simply amazing - Jan 20 2025
Perry was our guide. Simply amazing and very knowledgeable. I am terrified of hills and slopes but Perry was comforting and his driving skills made me more comfortable. The tour was fantastic, we saw the island's main attractions in just those 7 hours. The lunch was also very nice, every thing fell into place perfectly although the rain fell. I would definitely recommend H&A tours to anyone visiting the island!

A must!! - If you are traveling to St. Lucia, make time to do this excursion. I came with a friend on a cruise and booked this tour and we had a blast. Dwight was amazing!!! Picked us up from the port, took us to the mud bath, waterfall, mineral water and lunch ( the food is so delicious) then got us back in time to look around before we had to get back on the boat. Each part was amazing and probably my favorite excursion ever.

The A and H Tour Company... - The A and H Tour Company was great!
Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the island, peppering our journey with assorted fun facts about St. Lucia. Frequent stops prevented us from becoming too stir crazy riding being on the van. He made a concerted effort to reach destinations at a particular time in order to avoid the onslaught of other incoming tour groups. Yet, we never felt that we were rushed as he gave us plenty of time to explore each site, even offering to take pictures. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Best excursion ever! - We came in on a cruise ship for the day and toured with H and A tours. Best company I’ve worked with. Very professional. Very polite. Very well put together and organized. Dwight was so awesome! Very sweet and just provided above and beyond service. He gave us the run down of what to expect from the very beginning. A full day of fun is in store.
Tips: take nausea meds if you get queasy on winding roads but don’t let that stop you. He drives safe and I never felt in danger. It’s 10000x worth the drive!!!! Bring water shoes for the waterfall. It’s rocky on the bottom but doable for any age. Fun for all ages. I would do so do this again in a heartbeat. Be prepared to laugh and make new friends cause we did and it was a blast.
P.s. if the thought of sulfur smell turns you away from this trip reconsider. Sulfur smell is in the air but the mud pools themselves aren’t bad at all. Please book this trip! It’s sincerely been the best one we’ve been on and the sights you see are unlike anything you’ll get to see.

I wanna go back! - This was our favorite day out of our 13 day vacation. We had Nelly and she was so very knowledgeable and very personal. Her and her husband own the company and they even made us their own homemade rum punch for our day trip. Any question we asked she had an answer for us! The island is absolutely beautiful. Mud baths made us all look 10 years younger (at least we thought so) waterfalls were refreshing and beautiful and lunch was delicious. We had a group of 14 and they were very accommodating, on time actually even early to pick us up and had us back on time even though we didn’t wanna leave. We will definitely be back to try another one of their excursions..
