Definately worth it. - Roland was a great tour guide. The drive to the sulfur springs was through the mountains which had tons of curves. He was an excellent driver and provided great narration throughout the trip. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and he offered us drinks and snacks. On the way we briefly stopped at a chocolate shop which was a nice addition. The springs were very relaxing and he made sure to get numerous pictures for us. It had rained on and off during the day so the waterfall was very strong but refreshing. I highly recommend doing this tour with the private driver because it allowed us to adjust our times to make sure we avoided the large group tours. It was kind of hard to find the driver at first because of how the port is set up. You need to get all the way out of the shopping area by diamonds international and the driver was across from the entrance with a sign.

Perfect mixture of feeling like a local while making the tour stops - We did this as an excursion from a cruise and this was the highlight of our trip. Roland was our guide who was so personable and knowledgeable. It was the perfect balance of feeling a local with some extra stops along the way while seeing the major tourist spots. Would highly recommend!

Best St Lucia Experience - We had a great time and we’re sure it was because of our tour guide Jozet. She shared all her knowledge of the beautiful St Lucia with warmth and joy. We stopped for plenty of photo opps including one with a boa constrictor (the best pics ever). Jozet loves the mud experience and made it so much more fun with her black mud designs on me. It was a great day and we will be back next year and hope to meet Jozet again for another adventure.

Island tour with "Sulphur Springs" mud bath and "Toraille" waterfall - This excursion is a "MUDST DO" on the Caribbean island of St. Luica. The private island tour is awesome. The guide is very friendly and shows you the sights of the island without annoying waiting times. You set the pace. In particular, the Sulphur Springs" mud bath" and the "Toraille" waterfall were the highlights of the excursion. I can only recommend the trip!

Best experience at St. Lucia - The experience was great! Our guide Roland gave us the most amazing tour, full of great sights and very friendly. The personal touch to the tour made the difference! Loved it!

Brent rocks. - Brent was extremely knowledgeable and we had a great time spending the morning with him. The mud bath and waterfall were amazing and then lunch overlooking the Pitons was the perfect end to the excursion. Would highly recommend.

Mud Bath Tour Experience - Springs was great when we got there it wasn’t many ppl but by the time we got to the third hot spring pool a wave of ppl came all at once. We got lucky to have enjoyed it before all .. book early time slot. The waterfall was refreshing a bit cool but not too crazy. The waterfall isn’t big just a little small thing to refresh from the spring n take a photo or two. Out driver was great unfortunately forgot his name lol

Rocky start but a great tour overall - Brent was a great tour guide. Very personable and knowledgeable about the island. Only downside was Fidel providing incorrect pick up information. He messaged at 7am day of that the pick up would be 11am. I booked a 10am pick up. I tried confirming at 8:30am and didn’t get a response until Brent was in the lobby waiting at 10am. We had to rush to get ready, left without eating and the drive was 2 hours from our hotel. Definitely not how I wanted to start the tour but Brent redeemed the experience.

Extremely Unprofessional & Rude - Absolutely awful. I booked an excursion for the Sulphur Springs & Mud Bath. My ticket said to arrive at 9:30am Ship Time/10:30am Local Time. My ship didn’t change their clocks for this port so I put the Castries local time on my phone to make sure I arrived on time. We arrived outside at 9:30am ship time (my phone said it was 10:30am in Castries) & our driver was nowhere to be seen. Around 11:30am local the company texted me they can’t wait for me any longer, I have no data as I’m outside my country. I see this text around 5:30pm ship time once I reconnected to the wifi. They refused to give me a refund claiming I never showed up. I will never book with them again. The agent I communicated with was extremely rude, blamed me for everything, essentially accused me of being an idiot for not being able to read or follow instructions & was very unprofessional. I have all our communication in writing & will be filing a dispute with my credit card. This is really sad considering I see so many positive reviews on here.
