Bean to Bar - Amazing!! - Nathan made our Bean to Bar tour very fun. You can see that he enjoys what he does and this made the experience even better. The staff were amazing and I enjoyed the open atmosphere of the place. Dare I say I can now consider myself a chocolatier!

Memorable chocolate making experience - Great, fun activity for the family. Pricey but a unique experience and the staff were very friendly and professional. It was quiet when we were there so we had a private session for our family of four and John made it really enjoyable. Can also recommend the velvetised shakes and ice cream sundaes 😋

Great Chocolate making Experience! - Vernice made our chocolate making experience at Hotel Chocolat unforgettable! Her enthusiasm and deep knowledge of chocolate history really enhanced the session, leaving us with a newfound appreciation for the craft and its health benefits. The process has evolved significantly, and Vernice’s engaging delivery made it all the more fascinating. This is a perfect activity for families and friends, and we’ll definitely be back!

Chocolate Extravaganza - I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Justin was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the cocoa plants and chocolate making process. We started the tour with some trivia and then proceeded to the seedling area, where you see the plants and can name your own plant. Then, we proceeded to learn about the composting process and walked along a short trail to see the various plants and trees on the plantation. After the stroll, we were greeted with a refreshing peppermint towel and a refreshing cocoa drink. Then it was time to craft our chocolate bar after reviewing the ingredients and learning about the different types of chocolate. After creating our bar, we had a delicious chocolate infused lunch where you can select your entree, sides, beverage, and dessert. Tip: The cocoa bbq wings and white chocolate mash cannot be missed, you're welcome. There is also a nice gift shop with chocolates, liquors, beauty products, and accessories. Please add this to your list when visiting St. Lucia, you will not regret it.

Beautiful….Spectacular views…..BUT - Beautiful….BUT…slightly uncomfortable for people with walking/climbing stairs problems. Our group was 2 adults + 1 child, we had an amazing time, we made/learned/tasted chocolate, the grounds / views are spectacular. you can tell the staff enjoyed their job, they laughed they were happy, it was an absolute pleasure.

Not worth the cost- in our opinion! - While this activity was fun, I would hardly call it an experience. The whole thing was 30-40 minutes and just had us making a chocolate bar. It would be nice if we got a tour of some of the machines they used, or saw the cocoa pods before they were nibs, or even had some samples of other chocolates? Something outside of just making a chocolate bar would have made this an experience. The space was nice and clean, and the views were pretty. Our guide was very kind and was sharing some history about cocoa- but overall $69/pp is a steep cost for what we got.
