LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 Couple Had a blast across the zips - Nicholas and Greg are the best ever. We really enjoyed our time zip-lining and learning about St.Lucia. They were very professional, fun, kind and just great people! They made sure safety was of the top priority! This zip lining was great because my partner had never been outdoor zip-lining before, but if you’re experienced and want an adrenaline rush it would not be my first option. However Nicholas and Greg made it so much fun it is one I would do again. Great for families and couples. It wasn’t so much walking that you were exhausted when you got to the top so that was very nice! Thanks for a great experience! -LGBT Couple Experience

Unbelievable experience!! - Jay and Emery were amazing! From start to finish, safety was their priority. At the beginning, I was uneasy about doing the entire zip lining, but my courageous daughter pushed me to the limit, and I did it. It was an incredible experience. I now feel like I have new family members. They were both very respectful and, most importantly, amazing individuals. I'm so glad Jay and Emery were our tour guides.

Zip Lining, Lunch and Chocolate and Rum tour. - The views were amazing. We all loved it. Lunch was great and some of us did the Chocolate and Run tour. We highly recommend any and all of these activities. The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. If you are visiting St. Lucia, this should be on your list of activities for sure.

Excellent Zip lining experience/ Rum tasting - Can’t say enough about this experience. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Both Dalton/ Emory were excellent zip lining instructors/ zip companions who ensure you have the safest, informative, and exciting time. They also take a plethora of pictures/ videos of you on Your phone; so no photo pressure at the end of your experience. Dalton also hosted a rum tasting; sampled 13 different rums to cap off the morning. Highly recommend Mourne Coubaril.

Great fun and friendly guides - Great friendly guides. Fun zips... about an hour max. Easy to do as they do all the work for you. Estate is beautiful and I would recommend the chocolate tasting with rum tasting... you get a fair amount of rum to try lol.

The Best Time Ever - Whooaaaaa NELLIEEE!! Super Safe! FUN! Thrilling! Ms. Eleanor, Darnel & Greg are Amazing! 🇱🇨❤️ I had the time of my life! My Dtr. wanted everyone to do something we had not done before. Imagine our Friends-who were afraid of heights-gearing up to try something they had never done before! Wowowowowow is an understatement. I can attest to the amount of safety that Greg & Darnel expressed. I never closed my eyes (and they are ALWAYS CLOSED ON rollercoasters🤪)! We had the best time ever. I highly recommend anyone who wants to do something a bit different to do something different! And now that I live here-I’m certainly going to return as often as I can. Thank you, Ms. Eleanor, for creating this Jewel of a place! And did I mention there is a restaurant and a gift shop on the estate? Everything’s well thought out and perfect for those who are either ‘thrill seekers’ like my Family and I are…or those who want to learn a little more about the rich heritage of Soufriere while you enjoy the Best Authentic Caribbean Dishes. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Ohhh-when you arrive-tell Ms. Eleanor-the Proprietor, that Dr. Tongie sent you!!! Hahahahahahaha-you will be Glad You Did🇱🇨❤️.

Amazing Adventure - We came back from ziplining today and it was amazing had lots of fun.from the moment you arrive the energy is great. This was not our first time ziplining but was our first time at the estate. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Greg,Dalton and Henson who made sure we had a wonderful time.

Lots of FUN! - Emery and his team were GREAT! Family of four-we (parents) had zip lined before but this was the kids’ first time. Everyone had a blast, enjoyed some beautiful views and learned some history along the way. Emery provided high energy and had us laughing throughout our trip. BIG thanks to all!

Nice and easy, friendly staff - It was good. we had funny. Its fairly easy. Not hard. Not too high either. Next time, i will go to a higher/scarier one. The staff were so so nice and friendly. they had good jokes. They also took lots of pictures for us.

Recommend customer service training for Kerlem - Ziplining crew were absolutely brilliant and full of sense of humour 👏. They made it so much fun. The entire group enjoyed their company. Extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommended 👌 We booked for lunch after the zipline. We received the worst customer service ever from a rude, arrogant and no customer service experience at all from a young man called Kerlem. We were left in shock and num. We walked in with a group that had come in for lunch. Kerlem points to a table and tells us to sit . I highlighted we were uncomfortable sitting on this particular table if we could sit on a different table we would appreciate. He then turns round to us and says well you don't have a choice that's where you're sitting. I said no we do have a choice . He says no, you sit where I tell you to sit. So we refused. Then he says you're wasting my time I've other customers to serve. I said okay you can serve the others then come back to me. We eventually sat on a different table and was attended to by a different member of staff. I'd recommend customer service training for Kerlem.
