- Temple of Poseidon - The Temple of Poseidon is a significant landmark with immense historical and cultural importance for Athenians, with some of the earliest archaeological remains dating back to 700 BC. Dedicated to Poseidon, the God of the sea, it was revered as a sacred place of worship.
- Limni Vouliagmenis - This lake boasts unique environmental conditions: it is fed with warm seawater (28-35°C) through an underground channel that extends through a network of submerged caves, ensuring its temperature never falls below 18°C (typically ranging between 21-24°C). A freshwater spring also reduces its salinity to brackish levels.
- Glyfada Beach - Glyfada is a town and suburb in the South Athens regional unit, located along the Athens Riviera on the coast of the Saronic Gulf. It lies in the southern part of the Athens urban area, stretching from the base of the Hymettus mountain to the Saronic Gulf.
- Piraeus Region - The regional unit of Piraeus consists of the municipality of Piraeus and four other suburban municipalities, often referred to as the Greater Piraeus area, with a total population of 448,051. According to the 2021 census, Piraeus itself had a population of 168,151, making it the fifth largest municipality in Greece and the second largest within the Athens urban area, after the municipality of Athens. Piraeus has a rich history that dates back to ancient Greece.
