• Garden Route - For first time kayakers or SUP’ers, don’t be nervous - the kayaks and SUP’s are stable and easy to manoeuvre, and you’re guaranteed to create some funny, adventurous memories. Kayak and SUP rental rates are based on a per person, per hour basis. No previous experience is necessary.

Remember to apply sunblock before heading out, and a sunhat is a must. Life jackets and paddles are provided. Bringing along your phones or camera’s is not advised.

Rentals depart daily from the Jetty in front of Sirocco Restaurant, on Thesen Island.

Please remember your sunblock, sunhat and wind breaker (just in case!)

Rent a kayak to discover the Knysna Lagoon in a distinct way. ‘Relax, take a break at the beach, and enjoy some sun exposure as you go!’ Lease a kayak or an SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) in Knysna and venture out to investigate our immaculate lagoon at your own pace. Kayaking in Knysna is a delightful activity for the entire family, as long as you are a swimmer!
