Exploring Cape Town and its beautiful nature - I had the pleasure of being guided by Rushdi during my recent tour, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Rushdi's friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge added a special touch to the journey. His passion for the local history and culture shone through, making the tour not only informative but also engaging. I highly recommend Rushdi as a tour guide for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.

Wow Tours a great way to explore Cape Town - We had a amazing experience with WOW Tours.
Rushdi was our driver for all our airport to hotel + we also did a private all-day tour to Cape Hope.
Rushdi was always on time and polite. Being a local from Cape Town, he was able to share so much detail on both the history and the development of the city.
We had never been to Cape Town, so he took the time to share the historical context and answered all our questions.
Highly recommend WOW if you are in Cape Town!

Outstanding Service - Had a wonderful experience with Wow Travel. They provided meet and great at the airport for our group, provided an exceptional private tour of the City and Cape area.
We also booked transfers to Stellenbosch and received amazing service including a winery visit that was out of this world.
Rushdie and his team were extremely knowledgeable, flexible with our ever changing schedule and made our visit to Capetown extremely enjoyable.

Outstanding service - I have just returned to the UK after a wonderful week in South Africa and wanted to record my appreciation for the terrific service provided by Rushdi at Wow. He was an excellent guide.
As someone who travels a great deal, I am used to less professional guides. He created a personalised tour that allowed us to see the spectacular sights of Cape Town, while also getting to see the less obvious areas of interest that we said that we wanted to explore.
I would warmly recommend him and his company if you are thinking of traveling to Cape Town, it is definitely the best way to see this spectacular area.

Just an outstanding experience... -
Just an outstanding experience thanks to an excellent guide. Everything except The Mountain was a unique and interesting experience. As for The Mountain, I am not a fan of endless line-ups - here you can expect 2-3 hours worth starting with car arrival and ending with getting back down on the cable car. That's not for me. Otherwise get a great guide and it's wonderful.

Wow -- hit and miss. - I was recently in Cape Town for a conference. Wow Cape Town Tours was included as a provider on the conference website, and I utilized them for airport-hotel shuttles as well as two excursions -- a safari trip to Aquila Private Game Reserve and a combined full day excursion packaged as "Cape Town City/Table Mountain/Robben Island". The safari experience was good; our tour guide was personable and knowledgeable. We were able to see lots of animals (rhino, zebra, ostrich, springbok, hippo, giraffe, lion, and elephant). The Cape Town City tour, however, was a disaster. I found out on the bus that the ticket I had purchased did not buy me entry into Table Mountain or Robben Island. All of the Robben Island tickets were gone by that point -- this affected several people, not just me -- and there would no other opportunity for me to go on the tour since I was leaving the next day. I was able to use my smartphone to go on the Table Mt website and purchase the cable car ticket while we were still on the bus, so I didn't have to miss out on that (thankfully it was a gorgeous sunny day). When I returned to the hotel, I spoke to the Wow representative who asserted that he had made it clear in emails that the venue tickets (Table Mt/Robben Isl) needed to be purchased separately and that the "misunderstanding" was my fault. I received no such email (and double checked after I returned home) and the links on the conference website could not be checked to see whether such information had been posted there. No refund or adjusted charges were offered -- not that I expected them by that point -- and there was no apology for the inconvenience and disappointment. To top it all off, I had prepaid for lunch with my so-called tour, but had to pay again at the restaurant as they had no record of my payment. The only bright spot in this whole day was the tour guide who, although a free lance guide and not responsible for any of the botched arrangements, spent the afternoon giving me and one other visitor an expanded tour of Cape Town City and found places of interest to us about which he could share his considerable knowledge of his beautiful city. I am very appreciative to him and his professionalism, which was sadly lacking in the Wow representative. It is likely I will return to South Africa and possibly Cape Town next year -- if I do, I will NOT be using WOW tours.
