Closed cave and no tour guide for museum - 1- The cave was closed and they didn’t inform us and didn’t refund for that. “Poor planning” 2- The museum was tour guided by the driver who is not as good as the museum tour guides (they where busy with school trips) “Proor planning” 3- Zipline was great experience with great views in the mountains “Amazing” The company responsible refused to refund for the mistake they made and they claimed that it is not their problem that cave was closed and the driver was a enough as a tour guide. I wouldn’t do it again or recommend it for my friends because of their bad support and customer service.
