Embark on a day of enjoyment with two popular attractions in Brisbane; River City Cruises and the Breakfast Creek Hotel, via the Cruise to Lunch. Onboard the boat, your journey will come alive with enlightening commentary about Brisbane, supplemented with a morning tea to appease your onboard appetite. The morning sail will be for 45 minutes, culminating at your next destination; the Breakfast Creek Hotel.
Renown among locals and tourists, the Breakfast Creek Hotel is a short walk from the disembarking location. Here, you have the opportunity to feast on a variety of delicacies such as fresh fish, Parmigianna, Rump steak and much more, ensuring you won’t leave with an empty belly. Patrons will have the unique opportunity to engage in the traditional “Spiking of the Keg” at the private bar at 11.45am and will be treated to a sample of the renowned “Beer off the wood”. As you savour your beer, a brief history lesson adds to the experience. The day concludes with a return to Southbank.

Great day out. - Crew was friendly, Devonshire morning tea was delicious. Views down the river were great. And lunch at the Breakfast creek was tasty. Thanks for a lovely day, you even organised good weather. Cheers

Enjoyable way to spend the day on the river - The River Cruise with lunch was really enjoyable. Cruise along the river was educational and interesting and scone with jam and cream and cup of tea was lovely too. The lunch at Breakfast Creek Hotel was delicious and we were looked after well. I would recommend it.

Cruise to lunch - Absolutely fantastic ! Communication was excellent, staff great, informative cruise and just a pleasure. I highly recommend these guys and their offerings ! 5 stars !

Great value and lovely staff. - The staff were very attentive to us with our 91 year old Aunty by looking after her wheelie walker and having it ready for us both times that we disembarked. Morning tea was delicious and the lunch at Breakfast Creek Hotel was great value. Excellent value for money.

Lovely day out - I recently took a group of Intellectually Disabled adults on a Cruise to Lunch tour.
The commentary was great, with some stories I'd never heard before. The Devonshire Tea was tasty, and lunch at the Breaky Creek hotel was delicious. The spiking of the keg was interesting, and to top it off, we had chocolate on the way back.
We will definitely do this again.

Fantastic and great value ride - Loved it, great value and absolutely fantastic staff. The information provided was interesting and quirky, lovely morning tea and greet selection of drinks. The pub we were dropped to was sublime.... Lovely supplied meal and may have converted me to xxxx gold beer!

Lovely cruise on a lovely day. - It was a very smooth booking process. Central location for the start of the cruise. Good commentary and friendly staff. Lunch at the Breakfast Creek was huge and we got to spike the keg. Smooth sailing on the way home.

Had a great time - An absolutely lovely cruise! The crew were so accommodating, and helped us have the best time. The sightseeing was interesting and informative, lunch was generous and delicious. overall the whole trip was brilliant, boat was clean, comfortable and cosy. Would highly recommend.

Boring cruise, lovely lunch - The staff on board the vessel were polite and helpful but the commentary was prerecorded and told in a monotone voice that was at times very boring. The lunch stop was interesting, again the staff were helpful and the staff member who demonstrated the splitting of the keg was very informative about the history of the hotel. The food we were served for lunch was quite nice.

A ruined day ! - Lunch, which was included on this tour, was not actually on the boat, but at a hotel which was quite a distance from where to boat dropped me off. I was give a map to find my way to the hotel only to discover that one of the footpath was actually blocked of for repairs. There was a sign with an alternative route but as I was not a local could not work it out. I eventually decided to go back to where to boat dropped me off and waited for over an hour for the boat to return.
On hearing this the operator advised that they would of course, refund me the cost of the lunch. Seeing that the whole tour was ruined for me I would have expected that they refund
me the whole tour.
