Excellent work by the... - Excellent work by the tourist… I didn’t know half the things I learnt today. Cascade made blackcurrant cider I had no idea! 🤓 Thanks for sharing all of it with me today…

You can’t make this stuff up - Our tour guide, Max, was enthusiastic, entertaining and knowledgeable. The story he told about the history of the famous Cascade Brewery was one you couldn’t make up and would make a great movie. A terrific tour and worth doing even if you don’t like beer.

Very informative ! - Did the brewery tour on Thursday 23/1. Very small group with 4 of us and being the last booking do the day at 4:30pm. We had Paige as our tour guide who had only started recently but she did an awesome job and was very informative and had lots of information to give about the brewery. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hobart. Very enjoyable !

Cascade well presented - Our guide Cindy was not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also very engaging. A step back in time that showcased the beginning of an iconic Australian institution from various unrelated activities/industries. Cindy presented a beginning to end of the process that us beer drinkers take for granted. Tasting paddle topped off an excellent tour.

Hobart beer history lesson - This was one of the highlights of our two days stay in Hobart. This is not a tour of the brewery but a fascinating insight into the beginning and development of this historic site. The guide provided a comprehensive history in the characters, technology and social context of the Cascade brand. Had a top lunch at the Brewery afterwards.

Super interesting! - Fantastic tour, interesting to learn about the history of both the brewery and the individuals that owned and managed it over time. Great bit of Aussie history!

Cascade tour with children - The tour was disappointing. We did not get to go into the main building as my child is under 18 or see any of the manufacturing. The tour guide was brilliant, she was very knowledgeable, kind and relaxed.
