A great adventure for every foodie ! - Had a really good evening with Nabila, she presented every little shop and dish with great knowledge about cooking and history. Her recommendations were all spot on and I tried numerous unforgettable dishes and fruits. If you wish to discover the street food of Jakarta, this is a really amazing experience !

Fantastic Guide and Awesome Night Exploring - I booked this food tour as a solo traveler who was looking to explore the night markets but was unsure of it all so I booked this activity and it did not disappoint. From the start, communication was outstanding. Rika, who I later found out was the owner, emailed indicating what to expect of the tour alongside what the fee was for pick up as I was staying in a location further out than normal; the extra fee was very reasonable and I had no issues with it. I appreciate when activity operators reach out proactively with what to expect as well as contact information just in case anything gets lost in translation or need clarification. I gave them my WhatsApp prior to the tour, so they reached out a few hours before of their pending arrival and then a message once they arrived in the lobby. My tour guide was Riana and coincidentally enough, Rika was the driver. Riana was nothing but amazing. She made sure to explain what to expect of the tour and had a warmness and friendliness when she spoke that it never felt like a burden to ask questions. She was well versed in the area answering tons of questions and knowing about the different food and dishes. For the activity itself, after arriving at the MRT, we visited two food scenes. The food scenes themselves were quite nice and I felt we visited when it wasn't too packed. On this activity, one food item is included and anything else is at your own cost. What I appreciated on the tour is that Riana ate as well so it wasn't like other tours whereby I would eating alone and the guide watches. I asked if Riana would share in the food as I did want to try a few things and didn't want to waste and she was happy to join so I could try more. Riana also offered to take pictures as well so I could have a small souvenir of eating in the area. Overall, I had a very wonderful time with this activity. Riana was a great guide and I shouldn't forget to say Rika is a phenomenal driver. I felt safe and comfortable with both of them and highly recommend this activity to others.

Great tour and tour guide - The tour guide spoke very good English and did a great job showing us around through the various vendors of food in Jakarta, and ensuring that what we were eating was Indonesian and not another country’s food. Just make sure to bring cash if you plan to purchase food outside of the food purchased by the your guide
