Highlights
- 2100 Padre Blvd - Experience the ocean like never before! We’ll start our lesson on the shore, where I’ll go over basic ocean safety information. We’ll then practice some techniques such as popping up and balancing before making our way to the water. Once in the ocean we’ll start our lesson in waist-high water, where you can feel comfortable learning to paddle into waves and standing up. We’ll do this for about an hour, resting whenever you might need a break. If you have some surfing experience before this lesson, we may also paddle out to deeper water, where we will work on riding down the line and turning the board.

Meet us at 77 Surf & Skate where we will pick out our board for the lesson. We will walk together right down the street to the beach!

Surf's Up! - I took my grandson and his best friend to Padre for his 17th birthday. The boys took surfing lessons from 77 Surf & Skate. The instructor was awesome, and my boys had a great time!

Do it! - We had a great time despite some rough waters due to a storm. Our instructor was very helpful and encouraging! We are in our late 40s and tried surfing for the first time!

Loved it! - This was a wonderful first experience to surfing for my 6 year old. He loved it and it was so fun to see him do it!
