Insightful ride to Williamstown - Relaxing and Scenic ride to Williamstown. ..See all the bridges, urban areas, and shipping infrastructure. Well-organized. Friendly staff. Is easy to chat with other travelers.

Great day out - Farmers market, cafes, ferry views The river was a bit high so we were a bit late leaving as we had to wait to fit under the bridges.

Highly recommended for people who like boat trips. - On time departure and return. Good explanations, nice crew. Had booked the two Sunden Tour. Upstream I liked it better, but downstairs was also interesting.

Good Water Taxi - Adequate water taxi to/from Williamstown. Not much more. Unable to hear local history from sound system due to engine noise. Due to high tide it was necessary to walk about 10 minutes to new embarkation.

Good, but more customer focus needed - A lovely way to travel from the CBD to Williamstown if you’re prepared to put up with some disorganisation. The boat crew was lovely, but the shore crew could benefit from some customer service training. Not the most cost effective way to get to Williamstown, but a pleasant alternative to trains and buses.

Interesting - Its an interesting trip, the boat is comfortable and accessible and the staff very nice. I was just frustrated that a tour that says it leaves at 12.30pm actually leaves nearer 1pm with guests waiting while staff smoke on the dock and the ticket office tries to sell more tickets?! With the departure time stated as 12.30, people obviously arrived 12.15 or so. Thus it was 45mins of waiting in the heat before it left (1 small parasol provided for everyone!) So I personally thought that an unprofessional start. If you are already late, leave as soon as possible. It would stop me booking more with the same company. I nearly just left.

Disappointed - Firstly the phone number on the Viator site is not connected. I tried calling several times beforehand to have something clarified and there was no connection - disappointing! The guide on board was polite and helpful but the lady at the ticket office was quite abrupt and unhelpful.

Terribly boring. Could have been more interactive. - We did a 2 hour cruise and it was one of the most boring things we did on our Australian holiday. They had this pre recorded voice giving us details of the sights, who we could not hear properly at all. Half the boat was open to the sky and it was 2 pm in the afternoon. Couldn't wait for it to get over. Terrible waste of money.

A bad experience - The cruise was an hour and a half late from the time we booked and hence there was no time left for us to enjoy Williamstown. We just have to go n come back in the same cruise
