Great day out - Farmers market, cafes, ferry views The river was a bit high so we were a bit late leaving as we had to wait to fit under the bridges.

Highly recommended for people who like boat trips. - On time departure and return. Good explanations, nice crew. Had booked the two Sunden Tour. Upstream I liked it better, but downstairs was also interesting.

Great little interlude - Excellent activity. Staff were friendly, boat in good condition and clean, commentary comprehensive tot not over the top, tea/coffee a nice touch. Williamstown a lovely spot to visit.

The Yarra Tourer - The very friendly crew and the informative narration about points of interest, on the cruise, made it money well spent. Thank you.

Good, but more customer focus needed - A lovely way to travel from the CBD to Williamstown if you’re prepared to put up with some disorganisation. The boat crew was lovely, but the shore crew could benefit from some customer service training. Not the most cost effective way to get to Williamstown, but a pleasant alternative to trains and buses.

Interesting - Its an interesting trip, the boat is comfortable and accessible and the staff very nice. I was just frustrated that a tour that says it leaves at 12.30pm actually leaves nearer 1pm with guests waiting while staff smoke on the dock and the ticket office tries to sell more tickets?! With the departure time stated as 12.30, people obviously arrived 12.15 or so. Thus it was 45mins of waiting in the heat before it left (1 small parasol provided for everyone!) So I personally thought that an unprofessional start. If you are already late, leave as soon as possible. It would stop me booking more with the same company. I nearly just left.

Cruise - Organized kaos, we bought and paid for our tickets a week in advance, we still had to line up to get our tickets which were already on our phone and paper. The boat left 30minutes late owing to the arrival of about 30 people who were boarded the vessel then taken off the boat, 30 more chairs were loaded then the 30 people were put back on. The crew didn’t seem to know what the hell was going on. We were to meet relatives at 11.30am, boat didn’t arrive until 12noon, consequently we were driven back to our accommodation!

A bad experience - The cruise was an hour and a half late from the time we booked and hence there was no time left for us to enjoy Williamstown. We just have to go n come back in the same cruise

Not value for money - Very Disappointed! We purchased our tickets online and went to pick them up at berth 2. The man obviously didn't like his job as he was quite rude and abrupt. Due to tides we had to walk 1km or more to get on the ferry called Duchess to Williamstown return. The advertising said there would be commentary however there wasn't any provided as the recording didn't seem to work (except for the welcome to country). $48 each Not good value for money!
