Good cruise - We had a lovely time. We booked the 2hrs, although I think the one way was only worth seeing. A good way of seeing the city from the water which you wouldn't necessarily see in the city.

Lovely experience - We are 3 sisters and a friend! The child in us sprang out with your Billy train experience. It was a train ride down nostalgia lane. Healesville was healing and the chocolate yarra valley was just the icing on the cake! Well planned programme by Winehop! Martin is such a darling. Gave us ample of time to soak in the experience. Didn’t pressure and didn’t overload us with info we won’t even remember 😀😀😀. I’ve become a fan of Viator too!

Melbourne River Cruise - It was a great way to see the city from a different angle. There is a lot of history as you sail down the river. It helps you understand the history of the city and the people that built it.

Nice way to see the city along the Yarra river - The area near the pick up and drop off is a great place to walk around and have lunch or a cocktail. The history portion of the narration was difficult to hear this could be improved upon.

Water tour of Melbourne - Nice city tour via the water. Unfortunately the crowd of passengers talked thru the entire recorded (and live) history/commentary, making it hard to hear/learn what is being shared about Melbourne.

Melbourne city Yarra River sightseeing cruise - The sightseeing cruise was very good I almost wanted to rate it excellent but because I have a bad experience with one of the cruise guy ( maybe he’s a Superviser on the cruise). This man was so rude had no respect when talking to passengers. I booked the ticket thru Viator app and got the confirmation and bar code. When 4 of us arrived at birt 2 we showed that to the ticket counter lady and got the receipt.. when the ferry ride half way and stopped about to go the other way this rude man asked me fir my ticket. I couldn’t find it so I told him that I misplaced it and wanted to show him my booking confirmation and the bar code on my phone, he said with the rude voice “NO YOU HAVE TO GO LOOK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND SHOW IT TO ME”. I could find the receipt the lady gave me (maybe I dropped it in the river). Finally the man came back and I told him I couldn’t find my receipt then he said “. show me your booking number” so I showed him my booking on my Avator App then he said “Ok ..Ok…!” What a jerk! Why did he had to be so difficult??? And used strong tone of voice when talking to people .. there s a lot of people listening. I’m a senior at least he showed me some respect. I will never want to ride this ferry again…he ruined my day traveling from USA to have a good but to be scolded by this man.

Disappointing River Cruise - 2nd half of tour was cancelled due to high water downstream. This was predictable and we should been refunded half the cost at check in. Offering the open rebook for another day is disingenuous for tourists that don't live in Australia/ Melbourne.

Cruise itself isn't bad, just fix the booking lady - First things first, the booking lady at Booth#2 was pretty frustrated with herself and wasn't polite to anyone looking to buy the tickets. When I bought the tickets, I asked her a few questions and she surely appeared like she was doing a favour to me. Apart from that, the actual cruise wasn't bad but as there was a high tide, we ended up going outside the CBD so didn't get a chance to see the city how we wanted. It isn't bad and worth a trip if you have some time.
