88 floor views and VR in pods the best - We went for the whole package. It started with a 15min VR presentation of Melbourne in the pods with a VR headset. It was very well done and really showcased Melbourne as a whole which we found useful having just arrived. Then off to the 88 th floor for some spectacular views. You can walk around 360 deg at your own pace for as long as you like. We did the edge as well which is a bit more hype than actual thrill. Do not forget to go outside beside the edge through the 2 doors. No extra ticket required and good to feel the breeze up high. The plank was a waste of time and quite frankly an embarrassing exhibit. Blocky graphics that are rather pointless. Best remove and have some info boards on Melbourne and some seating.

Spectacular views! - We booked the standard entry well in advance, which meant we didn’t have to queue to buy tickets. The views from here are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset and at night, although if you’re going up at sunset be prepared for crowds. The lift is so fast it makes your ears pop!

Great Views of Melbourne - I do love a good view over a city and this provided an excellent one over Melbourne. It seemed less commercialised than the Sydney tower. The views from the top were good and I especially liked the outdoor part giving you an idea of how windy it was when it was so calm at street level. 2 minor quibbles - 1 of which can be improved, 1 I suspect is too late to change. it would be nice to have clearer explanations of what you could see from the top. The shape of the windows isn't as good as a round tower due to the reflections off the glass. An enjoyable experience though.

Breathtaking Views & Family Fun - The elevator ride up was an experience itself, and the 360-degree views from the top were simply breathtaking. The kids loved pointing out landmarks and learning about the city. Thrill-seekers in the family enjoyed the "Edge" experience - a glass cube extending out over the city (not for the faint of heart!). We highly recommend this attraction for families and couples looking for a unique and memorable experience in Melbourne.

Feeling on top of the wall. - Just a great experience. We headed up an hour or so before sunset and although it was a little cloudy on the horizon it was still stunning to be so high as the sun went down. We didn't pay for any of the extra experiences and didn't feel we missed out. The lift its self is a bit of a wow experience with a need to swallow and clear your ears a couple of times as you are whooshed to the top. There is a lovely little snack bar that serves drinks and we had a lovely champagne as we watched a helicopter and a train, all looking very tiny, as they went by below us. We stepped out on the caged in outside area, but were much warmer on the inside. It became a little more crowded as it got closer to the sunset and then cleared out again after. We stayed to watch the lights come on. It was really a lovely visit to the highest pubic platform in the southern hemisphere.

Waste of money 💰 - Did the Ultimate Experience 👎 The VR was out-dated, and the 'Edge Experience' was over-rated... one of the windows was in need of repair, and all the glass inside was really reflective which made it harder to take in the views. But the Sassy staff attendedant, and the cheesy elevator music inside the 'Edge Box' really topped it off! 😁
