Ask For Fred (Tour Guide) - We had a great time thanks to Fred our tour guide who was very knowledgeable and full of interesting stories about him & his earlier guests. Some of whom turned out be celebrities. Besides the Penguin Parade one gets to see the Philip Island MotoGp track & a bush animal rescue centre. Thanks for a great time Fred Garcarczyk!

Dress Warm - We came from Japan and this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Sarah was such an amazing guide. Always making sure everyone was ok and hyping us up during the trip. At one point she started talking to the birds which was one of the highlights for me. It's worth mentioning that if it's already cold in Melbourne, then it's likely freezing in Phillip Island so make sure to wear something warm as you will be sitting watching the penguins by the beach where the cold winds will blow in. During the Sanctuary tour, a family outside of our tour was feeding the kangaroos bread (and I think it may have been icing on it too...) and our guide told them off. DO NOT feed them anything other than what you are given. I'm not sure why they though that would be a good idea but this behavior made me quite upset too. Good on Sarah for telling them! Respect the animals when you visit the Sanctuary!

Phillip island afternoon small group tour - Alex was a great guide, loved that we were able to spend time at a sanctuary as well as do Phillip Island and the penguin parade all while leaving Melbourne at 1pm. The penguin parade was spectacular. Get the penguin plus to be closer and potentially see some babies up close.

Loved the Penguin Parade! - I loved this experience! And there were only 8 of us! We stopped at a wildlife refuge and at another to catch some beautiful views on a boardwalk. Then the place where they hold the Penguin Parade. I must tell you the Penguin + is worth the extra money! I booked that st the time I booked the tour and it and it was awesome. There was a small amount of people in that area. The penguins came up near us and they were so cute. The way they run is hysterical. This is a one of a kind experience. You will not be able to take pictures or video as to not cause any harm to the penguins. However, it is an experience you will never forget! I highly recommend this tour.

Great Tour….. - Like others we found the tour amazing, however the van was a different story. We were unfortunately the last to get on and found ourselves at the back and it was a nightmare trying to brace ourselves to support our backs. We were pleased to get back into the city! We love the small group option, however would recommend a coach for this tour.
