• 745 Kane Creek Blvd - Join us at our Moab office! Once you’ve checked in and been fitted with a life jacket, we’ll embark on a scenic shuttle to the most breathtaking part of Castle Valley along the Colorado River.

Following a brief safety orientation, we’ll set off on the river, drifting past the stunning monuments of Castle Valley. With Fisher Towers, the Priest and Nuns, and other geological marvels as our backdrop, we’ll leisurely navigate the waters. Your guide will entertain you with tales of the area’s rich history, the formation of these geological wonders, and perhaps some river lore and classic dad jokes.

We’ll navigate a few gentle class II rapids, adding a touch of excitement to the refreshing morning air. Feel free to paddle along or simply relax and enjoy the splashes. After a couple of hours on this tranquil stretch of the Colorado River, we’ll disembark and shuttle back to our office.

Castle Valley is the quintessential Western landscape, often featured in John Wayne movies, TV shows, and commercials. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s a sight you won’t forget once you do!

This tranquil stretch of the Colorado River winds through a stunning valley adorned with monuments. Along the route, you’ll encounter some of Utah’s most remarkable geological formations, including Fisher Towers, Castleton Tower, the Priest and Nuns, and more.

The Colorado River waters here remain warm from late spring to early fall. You’ll spend most of your time floating, with a few Class II rapids to cool you off. Your river guide will share plenty of intriguing interpretations and entertaining stories on this gentle journey!
