Super easy to book. Bikes were fast and easy to use. They taught us how to use them so we felt comfortable riding them. Very affordable and stayed charged for a long time. This is the 2nd time using this place and I’ll use them again. Thanks again Bryce canyon EZ riders

We showed up to pick up our bike and no one was there to assist us. We call the web site phone number and there was no answer. A young girl finally showed up and said “the owner” asked her to come down and get our bike ready as he was busy. The girl that helped us had very limited knowledge and couldn’t respond to some of my general questions. The bikes were great and met our expectation and we had a great time in the park. In addition, when we returned the bike, there was no one there to receive them back so we called the web site number again and were told to leave them next to the trailer by the fence…. Just seems like an odd way to conduct a business….

We rented the bikes from you based on reviews of great customer service. We arrived to find no one around to greet us and we had to call you. A word of advice if you are going to do this let us know. We showed up 15 minutes early, as told by you to do so, only to wait and then finally call to ask what is what.
