An absolute must see! - Oliver and John took us to a platform in Zion National park! It felt great to be in a quiet, dark park staring at the sky; lying on a blanket with sone hot cocao. There was a full moon, a blue moon that night. Oliver told us great stories about the stars and pointed them out for us. We also looked at the stars and the moon through a telescope and even saw the planet Jupiter! We all loved it!

Wonderful experience - We happened to go on a super blue moon evening, so not as many stars as normal, but the constellation sighting and stories were terrific. Also hot cocoa and hot Apple cider! Felt no rush at all, and both guides were super knowledgeable.

Family of 4 - I brought my family of 4 to the stargazing tour. My son is 12 and my daughter 6. It was a good sized group and we all walked together to nice, secluded area where the staff provided hot chocolate and hot cider and blankets! The guide was knowledgeable and interacted with the group. My son, husband and i enjoyed just sitting under the blanket of stars and learning about the night sky . we even saw a shooting star! my daughter fell asleep as it was past her bedtime but i would 100% recommend this tour!

Nice - Speaker very informative and was a nice night overall. Too far of a drive from where we stayed and mostly resort ppl. Other ppl with phone lights and chatting wasn’t great.

Pretty but difficult - The night skies are incredible and the host had nice stories. If you're a guest of the ranch and didn't have to drive it would have been better. The drive was really pretty through park but alot of switchbacks and give yourself a lot of time to get to the ranch. And driving back to Cedar City was difficult and took hours.

Less favorite trip - Guide needed to have a microphone. He was knowledgeable but his voice did not carry too well. That’s all I have to say about that.

Don't Bother - To start, don't be fooled, this tour may have an Orderville UT address but the meeting point is about 30 miles from there. You meet at a campground, walk about 100 yards into the woods and sit on a concrete slab to look at the stars. They feed the already sugar stoked kids at the campground instant Swiss Miss hot chocolate, so it's quite noisy, and they play with their flashlights which makes adjusting your eyes to the night sky difficult. Yes you do see stars, and there is a little narration from the guide, but we could do just as well at our site picnic table with a "star gazing" phone app. Not worth the cost at all, don't bother.

Couldn’t see hardly anything in the sky - We booked this having read that Utah has some of the darkest sky’s… except last night was almost a full moon. I didn’t even think about the moon, but it lit up the sky so much we could barely seen anything in the sky. So we sat out in 45 degree weather and listened to a guy talk about the starts for an hour and a half. Total waste of time and money. We sat on an uncomfortable cement pad in the cold looking at the same sky we have anywhere. I would NEVER recommend this unless 1. No moon and 2. It was warmer. I would recommend they not even run this “adventure” unless the sky is dark.
