My mom and I did the 3 hour trail ride. Our guide Emma was very knowledgable about both the area and the horses. We were nervous 3 hours would be long since we haven't been on horses in years, but there was a break halfway through - the 3 hour was COMPLETELY worth it over the 1 hour. It got kind of cold and rainy since we went towards the end of the season but the views made it totally worth it - and more enjoyable than having to be the one hiking in the rain! If I ever go to Mt Zion again I will definitely be doing the trail ride again.
