Rappelling For the Fearful - My husband and I (who are both 66) went on the rappelling trip to Medieval Chamber and Morning Glory bridge. Our wonderful guide was Nate. I am afraid of heights, but was so excited and nervous to rappel. Nate talked me, my husband, and the two women in our group through the whole thing. He was so patient, supportive, and encouraging. It was an amazing experience and sense of accomplishment. We can’t recommend Nate enough. We can’t recommend Nate and paddle Moab enough. The company had all the equipment ready when we got there, we left right at our time, 8:00, and everything was handled so professionally.

Great tour, but be prepared - Great tour but be prepared. This tour is way more than repelling. The scenery was breathtaking! You hike a LOT to get to the two giant repels. If you are scared of heights and ledges like me, it will challenge you. Lots of boulders to navigate over, you cross 11 creeks and unfortunately I sacrificed my shoes to the river gods on this trip. My husband was able to avoid the water however he’s taller with a longer stride. Overall it was absolutely amazing and I would do it again, just bring shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and very sandy (fine red sand). Be sure to bring a backpack, water, and a snack as the hike is long. The guides, Landon and Kenzie, were great and I never felt unsafe, just a little challenging for me as I’m definitely scared of heights. (I like to push myself.) 10/10 tour!

Paddle Moab crew is awesome! - Great experience! Kenzie and Landon were awesome guides. Our group had 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 & 10). Guides were great with kids and helped one conquer his last minute 2nd thoughts. Highly recommend.

Book it!!! - What a great experience!!! We booked this for our family of five while in Moab and are so glad we did! It was so much fun to rappel and hike the canyons with Kensie and Zack who were knowledgeable and friendly! We hiked Canyonlands and Arches but this was our favorite part of the trip! We also appreciated our guides’ insights on other things to do in Moab including restaurants and cliff jumping!

Ready to go again! - Once in a lifetime adventure! We don’t have these kinds of mountains in SC so our experience with rappelling and climbing was limited to rock walls. Nate (our guide) was amazing- climbing coach, safety expert, educational tour guide and just easy to talk with! Will do this again when we return with our teenagers without question. Fabulous bargain for the experience!
