Understanding Others - Such a wonderful experience. I've been there before w/o a tour agent (self tour). But this time, I signed up with my wife, and it was a great experience. With Bruce's explanation, we were able to have a deeper understanding of their culture. It was more than just a sightseeing.

Perfection - Bruce is amazing as a tour guide. He made the views even better as he would take photos of us at every stop and add his own artistic talent. I would highly recommend this tour with Bruce as your guide

Highly recommend this uplifting and beautiful tour - Very worthwhile experience. Our tour guide, Bruce, was excellent. He took extra time to share personal stories about growing up Navajo, offered to take several photos, demonstrated things to us about the ecology/culture/traditions, and even sang a Navajo song to us. The experience was uplifting and a good reminder of appreciating nature, respecting different beliefs, and spreading positive energy.

Peace in the valley - Larry have an authentic tour with history and culture if the Navajo infused throughout. Appreciated his photo tips and really enjoyed his flute as we relaxed under an arch.

If you have any interest in the Navaho people take this tour. - Sandrea gave a really informative and interesting tour around the valley. This was far better than the experience you would get just following the scenic tour. She explained the significance of the rocks in the valley to her people and some of the stories behind them. We also got to see how her people are living in the valley and how they are resolving the complex conflicts between modern Western living and traditional Navaho practices and teachings. The back country tour also allows you to see more of the valley than you otherwise would from the scenic drive and while the scenic drive offers views of the most dramatic rock formations, the back country section was more beautiful. Worth every penny.

MV Tribal Tours 5+ Stars - We took a private, hybrid all-day Mystery Valley Tour and Sunset Tour last week, and a morning Teardrop Arch tour the next morning. Bruce, our host on the full-day tour, made us feel like honored guests in Navajo Nation. He was a gracious host. We cannot say enough great things about Bruce and the sites he took us to see / hike / scramble. On our tour of Teardrop Arch, it was raining. We saw rainbows and waterfalls in the desert. So even though the unexpected hit, we had a beautiful experience. Also need to give a shout-out to Liliane at the office who patiently helped us to set up these tours for us. She was a great listener guided us well!

Fantastic tour and tour guide! - Our tour guide, Comasheena, was amazing. She has a great sense of humor and was able to explain the cultural importance and meaning behind the views, various rock formations, and Navajo traditions and lifeways in an open and welcoming manner. The views were incredible, of course. Monument Valley is a special place, and not all of it is open to the public. I highly recommend the tour so you can experience more of this iconic western landscape. Be aware that this is a bumpy and dusty ride!
