Your guide would meet you at the Navajo Welcome Center, just off HWY163 as you enter Monument Valley. You would see a large round building with a green roof, and your guide would meet you in front. You can type in Navajo Welcome Center on Google Maps and it will come right up.

Cultural Tour with Navaho Spirit Tours - We learned SO much. Shaun was our guide and he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and explained things very well. He did not mind all our questions.

Exceptional - Navajo Spirit Tours - We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience this beautiful place with such an amazing guide of Sean Holiday. We learned so much from Sean and gained a new appreciation for the Navajo people, history and archeology. Thank you so much to Sean our guide and to Navajo Spirit Tours for answering our many questions in advance and allowing us to experience the magic of mystery valley. Truly amazing.

The Best Tour Ever! - The owner and guide, Garry, arrived promptly in an air-conditioned, comfortable 4-wheel vehicle. He was an excellent driver as a guide. He was very personable and outgoing and made us feel welcome. We headed into Mystery Valley, a short drive from Monument Valley Tribal Park. We learned about geology, plant life, the history of Anasazi and Navajo, its culture and spiritual belief. We had the opportunity of sitting on flat, scalloped rocks and experienced metaphysical energy and motion. At another stop we sat on rocks below an Anasazi ruin where Garry played traditional Navajo music, using a drum and flute. While his discussing the spirit world of the Navajo, the drum went off by itself. Garry is an excellent teacher, who shared the Navajo view of life in which we need to stay centered and balanced, the secret of the Beauty Way. This is all done in the backdrop of beautiful scenery. We give the guide and the tour the highest rating possible, 5 stars plus!

Sean Holiday The Guide to Take the Tour With - We went with Sean Holiday (probably a relative of Garry Holiday) who was like a walking encyclopedia (“not everything you read on the Internet is true” about their culture). But I digress. The tour was phenomenal! Sean was very informative & respectful about their culture & tradition. He drove very carefully through the restricted access dirt roads with care so we were not bouncing around in the back! He stopped & showed us mesa dwellings, pottery shards, petroglyphs. We even walked up the mesa wall & perched near an ancient dwelling while he played a wooden native flute! Very spiritual & haunting! Truly an experience to witness!

GO WITH WILL TO MYSTERY VALLEY - Will Cowboy, guide extraordinaire, presented Navajo culture and history in an amazingly mesmerizing fashion. I departed feeling somewhat deprived that I had not been born Navajo; to be surrounded by such a benevolent and generous life perspective from birth is a blessing most of us have not experienced. Will simply must preserve in writing or recording this invaluable Navajo oral intelligence and history. Add to this a poignant sense of humor, quite unexpected, and whether you come for the education, the guide's connection to the land or the entertainment you will not be disappointed.

Stunning views - Took a tour which was led by Will cowboy. Nothing was too much trouble and was very passionate about his culture going in to great detail and the tour was never rushed .
Hardly saw another tour on this route and virtually had the place to yourself .
Only another six people on our tour so was not cramped and Will ensured you got to see the best views and had time to take photos and ask questions.
Amazing your made more special by Wills guidance and experience .

Garry Holiday is a great tour guide - The tour with Garry was magical. He gave us space when we just wanted to look around and shared his knowledge when we asked. Best parts were when he talked about growing up in Monument Valley. I would highly recommend him and this company. It was perfect

A must do!!! - We took the all day tour which included Monument and Mystery Valleys. Our guide, Shawn, was very knowledgeable about the area and told us many stories about his people. We were able to view many breathtaking creations that we would have been unable to see if we had only driven the scenic drive. The highlight of the tour was our stop at Big Hogan. Shawn and two other tour guides entertained us with traditional music....the flute, the drum, and a song. This tour is definitely the way to go!!!
