Narrows is a Must if you Can - Such an epic experience. DJ our guide was lovely and knowledgeable, the equipment provided was top notch, and we had an outstanding lunch sitting by the river. Go early, but go with this guide, you will not regret it.

OUTSTANDING! - We had no idea what to expect, but Moises and Michael made our experience exceptional and we made great new friends. We started with the Narrows where Moises made sure we stayed safe, shared a wonderful charcuterie lunch with us at the grotto and provided all the equipment we needed to stay dry. The next day, both Michael and Moises guided us to the Emerald pools and then took us on a sunset hike after sharing lunch at a beautiful spot at Zion. Two days later, we met Moises at Bryce Canyon National Park and he guided us from Sunrise to Sunset point sharing so much information about the park, plants, and archaeology. We met Michael after the hike and we all shared lunch together. It was a magical experience. We highly recommend making a private hike with Cedar and Sage part of your vacation budget You definitely won’t be disappointed!

World class treatment - Moises was our guide.. and Mike helped get us off on our adventure. We had world class treatment. Our guide was fabulous. We learned about the area.. traveled at our own pace. The convenience of having all the equipment, snacks, water and lunch provided was the best. We literally were able to just get up and meet Moises. He took fantastic pictures of us too. I would book another trip with Cedar and Sage.. loved the adventure

Most memorable experience - I had the most memorable time hiking with Michael at The Narrows in Zion National Park. My friend and I are beginner hikers, and Michael took such good care of us. He knows the geography and landscape of the park very well. He made sure that we were safe and guided us on the best path forward. The gear he provided was clean, new, and completely waterproof. I would highly recommend booking with Michael; he made the experience a hundred times better. At the end of the trip, he provided the best lunch after a 7 hours hike. Message from Margaret & Joanne

The Narrows from a seniors point of view - It was our special grandparent trip with our 16 yo granddaughter. She’s always wanted to visit Zion. I asked the question to our guide, on a scale 1-10 how important are the waders? He should have insisted. What did we know. He didn’t have dozens of guides under his belt. We all learned lessons. The water is COLD. Our granddaughter pushed through. Our guide captured beautiful memories that will last us a lifetime. It was lessons of resilience courage and inner strength. We didn’t go to the end. The 2.5 miles in the narrows were breathtaking. The current was strong in places. The trekking poles are a must. I recommend two. Many people had just one, some had none (brave, balanced or stupid). Walking on rocks in swift current takes balance and stamina. Take your time to look up and experience the beauty of nature. Take the pictures. Get video. Wear the waders!! Push through your fears and pain. Slow down. Enjoy life!
