Sunset Beauty - We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide, Zed, did a wonderful job of tailoring the tour to the needs of our group without compromising on seeing everything. Zed gave us a good history of the area, and he was entertaining as well as knowledgeable. He took us to an arch that we would not have found on our own, and he took great pictures of our family. This is a great tour that is laid back and good for all ages. The pictures we got of Balanced Rock right at sunset are truly stunning. Thanks, Zed.

Sunset Arches - Phil was AMAZING! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the trip with our kids fun! The park was beautiful and he knew where to go to avoid any crowds.

He took us to places that few know about! - A great tour to see all the most popular spots in Arches National Park and avoiding the places where there were too many people. Great experience of the Arches - We went with Zed, who was our tour guide. Zed was an excellent host. He was very knowledgable about the park/arches and made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. He took us to some unusual locations and was always there to take photos of us when we wanted. We went in a group of 7, 5 of whom we didn’t know, but Zed brought out the sociable side of us all and we got on very well with the others. It was a brilliant tour and just what we wanted: To get to see the arches as the sunset. Thanks Zed!

See A LOT of Arches with a fabulous guide! - This tour was spectacular. Jack was fantastic and we highly recommend this tour for anyone who has limited time and wants to see A LOT of the park. Especially good to be there at sunset; not too hot and the lighting was special.

Well worth the time and $ - We didn't get to see the sunset, but it was a beautiful tour. Our guide, Sean-Paul was a wealth of information and made the tour fun.

Frustrating tour - The tour was frustrating. We were taken there in a van with black windows so we could not see the landscape properly. We stopped 5 to 6 times to take a picture and walk a few minutes. Waste of time. We had a far better tour the next day with another company

Don’t waste your money, research better tours - Ten of us were crammed into a van with bench seats that were worn out from years of use. The arm rest was broken on the bench seat I was in. While the driver was flying around turns and pointing out sites, I was often too busy trying to hold myself in my seat to try to find what he was pointing at. If you’re sitting on the right side or middle, good luck seeing what is being pointed out on the left side. I made the mistake of scheduling this tour at the end of our trip to Moab. We went to Arches ourselves 3 days prior to our tour and skipped the stops listed in the tour itinerary. Since the tour only stops at the Windows trailhead and doesn’t provide time to actually do the 1 mile Windows trail, we never really got to see the Windows Arches. If we had done it earlier during our stay, I would have planned our other day at Arches differently. If you only have 3 hrs to commit to touring Arches, use the National Park guides or the NP app to plan your trip. I’d only recommend this tour if you only have 3 hrs and don’t want to do any planning on your own. I gave the tour a 2 vs 1 because we did learn about the “secret” route to the back of Skyline Arch via the amphitheater at Devils Garden campground.
