Excellent customer service, careful professional driving, bikes handled carefully, clean van in good shape, excellent rack, on time, good conversation. Doesn’t get better.

Our driver Brian paid attention to the details. I’m a very nervous passenger and didn’t worry any time, even though n the high road with no guardrail. He was very knowledgeable about the trail we rode and provided answers to all our questions. I was hesitant to pay $40 per person but after we arrived at our drop off point I felt it was extremely worth the price of admission. Moab Cyclery did us well. Thanks guys.

Staff were very nice and not too cool for school. Could potentially offer a free shower or bike wash with the purchase of your shuttle ticket as a way of differentiating Moab cyclery from the other shuttle companies, since price is basically the same.
