MANDATORY OHV EDUCATION COURSE:
Starting January 1, 2023, in Utah, ALL drivers aged 18 and over must complete a brief and free education course. Drivers aged 16-17 with a valid driver’s license must complete a separate Utah Youth Certification Course, which costs $35 and takes approximately 3-4 hours. These certifications are valid for life.
